Anybody go?
I used to go years ago in the days of the Murrayfield Racers. A sunday afternoon playing snooker followed by an evening at the rink, drinking all the while. Fantastic days :)
Haven't been since the 80's but my son came home with some comps for tonights Fife Flyers v Whitley Warriors top of the table clash so I'm taking my kids along tonight. Hopefully it's still as exciting and action packed as it used to be.

have a good one
have a good one
It was a decent evening.
The Flyers won 4-1 and the kids all said that they want to go back again so they must have enjoyed it too.
The fighting action was sadly lacking, at one point a Flyer squared up to a Warrior and swung for him but only half connected however the Warrior was obviously in no mood for a fight and took a dive and hit the deck to howls of "Chicken" from the crowd. That was a laugh :)
Seemed like half the crowd were kids so I'm guessing that half of Fife were given freebies. A good initiative really if it brings in a few extra regulars.
