Anyone actually know when a cross blocking slide by a defending "footballer" (was Dek Young) can result in a pen given when there no challenge or tackle made. If the answer isn't a hoop cheat fell over, then I don't know.

The other pen resulting in a red, was another hoop cheat loosing control of the ball and going to group, again no contact, no pen, there was no goal scoring chance as the ball had gone out of Hoopers control and off to the side. No case to answer whether there was cover or not. Ridonkulous way to spoil an entertaining football game.
