Però comunque le percentuali sono del 50 per cento perfio se non giochi. Significa almeno uno scatto a stagione random garantito

Sai Giuseppe, credo che questo sia dovuto a questo 50% dato dall'allenamento avanzato. La percentuale vera della singola partita la vedi sui giocatori fuori dall'allenamento avanzato. Questo mi fa pensare che avremo un giovamento sui quei giocatori più giovani che giocano solo le amichevoli. Giocavano una partita a settimana prima e ne giocheranno una a settimana dopo. Solo che adesso questo 50% di base dell'allenamento avanzato, porterà l'accumulo di allenamento dall'80% di prima (efficacia amichevole), al 90% (efficacia amichevole + 50% dato dall'allenamento avanzato).
Quindi alleneremo del 10% in meglio i nostri giovincelli rispetto a prima. In una in 12 giornate (attuale durata di una stagione), guadagneremo rispetto a prima circa 1,2 allenamenti, che un po' controbilancia i 4 allenamenti in meno rispetto alla stagione da 16 settimane. Bene o male avremo 2.8 allenamenti in meno. Se aumenteranno un poco tutti i talenti dei giocatori, potremmo avvicinarci di molto rispetto a com'eravamo prima (speriamo....)

Sai Giuseppe, credo che questo sia dovuto a questo 50% dato dall'allenamento avanzato. La percentuale vera della singola partita la vedi sui giocatori fuori dall'allenamento avanzato. Questo mi fa pensare che avremo un giovamento sui quei giocatori più giovani che giocano solo le amichevoli. Giocavano una partita a settimana prima e ne giocheranno una a settimana dopo. Solo che adesso questo 50% di base dell'allenamento avanzato, porterà l'accumulo di allenamento dall'80% di prima (efficacia amichevole), al 90% (efficacia amichevole + 50% dato dall'allenamento avanzato).

So about the rumor that maximum effectiveness of Keeper, Defender, Playmaking and Striker training can only be achieved by using GK, DEF, MID and ATT orders respectivelly, is that true?
It is not said in any official diary, post or report.

It is true, we decided to make it more logic than it is now - for now striker is most effective for ATT, playmaking for MID, Goalkeeping the same way only for GK. We want to keep it that way, def was an unlogical exeption hard to understand for begginers. So all right side skills are possition skills, and it will require to play on that possition to develop it. Left skills are possible to train for all formations.

We will prepare new rules, also guidelines on new interface page, and write dedicated DD to summarize changes next week, when reform begins.

For now it should be enough - in the future probably we will add some extra options, like medical treatment, but its long term goal for now.
You also have currently much more money from tickets, so i belive there is a option to buy some extra reserves ;)

yep, here i must agree, inflation is high, we need to prevent it too in the future.
But with injuries - i still belive, its a good thing for the game and it is relatively user frinedly now (vs real world, where you can have an injury for whole season, that can stop player development (reduced talent) or even reduce his skills, in extreame situations - even end career) - but there are two thing (for the future) that can be improved:
1. randomness (as i've posted few times, it will be better to avoid extreme badluck or goodluck) - it requires to develop new algorithm for few game events, injuries is one of it.
2. medical treatment (possibility to pay for better healthcare (like specialist hired) to reduce injury lenght.

Well, i think its not linked so directly. Speed will be limited now, but it means it will be also more important and with higher value on market. I dont belive, that users will stop training speed and in next few seasons we will see some strange players with magic skills and excellent pace.
Overall reform will probably reduce (long term, after 3-4 years) possibility to have multidevine players, but I’m sure - as long as speed is important in game engine as it is now - there will be no negative impact of that change here.
For sure will be possitive impact instead - becouse if you want be able to train 3x devine ATT, then you will need to think what is your priority and key factor that will outsmart your upcoming oponent - should you try to play direct balls for your fast strikers, or search for chances from heading, or focus on dribling skills.

It is probably the most complicated reform that could be developed, so for now we focus on all the rest.
For sure game engin is far from perfect, but as you know it was developed almost 17 years ago with only small updates, and at the end - it is not so bad - with tactic editor it is probably one of strongest sokker elements. If we want to reform it, we need rather to prepare completly new version developed from the scratch - and that is always a risk and takes time.
Our overall timeline is --> flash replacement (already done) --> new game interface introduction (we are in the middle, changing one sokker subpage after another - sometimes developing some reforms linked to each pages, like - more advanced financial reports while we developed new finances, or training reform now as the last step of training page development) --> sokker

It will be a easy checkbox (like - allow NT coach to see player skills) - by random set to "yes", if someone will not want to allow that - he will be able to do it.
NT coach will see skills of that player when visiting his profile.

long term we are open to any ideas how to reform NT games, i think that there should be also other competition possible than only WC, like competitions for each continents or sometihing - there will be much more fun if some more trophies will apear someday.

well, inflation is a problem and we need to reduce it somehow in the future. We will work on it after training reform too.
Of course only possibility to limit inflation is to reduce ammount of money in the game, but for sure we should do it some how (maybe in few steps, slowly testing different solutions, but for sure we need to do it).
Its not normal situation, that transfer balance is so important now, than most of users even dont try to control their weekly costs, if they have possitive balance year after year, just accumulating money.
Our goal is to make budget decisions more important for the game, and also reduce the difference between new users and oln ones, who accumulated like 100m euro and cannot be reached.

We decided to resign from limits per formations, like only 2x GK and 6x ATT in training slots.
There is rather no need to use it, number of games set rules anyway (3x games = 3x GK max per week). There is also no reason why we should block number of ATTs to 6.
Without that rule it will be more simply to undersand rules for users, so we belive its a small change, but for the better.

No, in realtà avevano annunciato che con l'allenamento generale i giocatori prendevano anche "un po'" dell'allenamento previsto nella loro posizione.
A cosa corrisponde questo "un po'" non si sa, forse 25% di una sessione piena? Mia ipotesi.
Poi leggendo le risposte dei Dev, le skill a sinistra (resistenza, velocità, tecnica, passaggi?) saranno allenabili a piena velocità in tutti i ruoli, mentre le altre (parate, difesa, regia, attacco?) solo nel ruolo di riferimento. Se non ho capito male.
