OSLO, NORWAY - JAVA PROGRAMMER - €30-50,000 ( + Relocation) – Social Games
Main responsibilities:
• Work closely within a small team of programmers in an agile development environment
• Communicate with Artists and Designers to ensure work meets requirements
• Mentor and instruct new junior programmers
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science and at least 6 months experience in java programming for the games industry
or
• Experienced Java programmer (2+ years experience)
• Excellent English skills, both Oral and written
• The ability to work in closely knit teams
• Expertise with Java, jsp and servlets
• Expertise with web server architecture
• Experience developing scalable web systems
• Experience working with databases
• Experience with games development
• Knowledge of AS3 / Flash development
Preferred knowledge and experience:
• Experience in professional java game development
• Experience in Client / Server network programming
• Experience working with multi-threaded programming
• Experience in working with Linux
• Experience programming with clouds
• Experience working in teams and towards deadlines
Common for all positions, you need:
• A passion for creating and playing video games
• to relocate to Oslo

Con tutto il rispetto poche volte ho visto in vita mia una offerta di lavoro con una "forchetta" così grande nella retribuzione. Spero sia il salario netto perchè in caso contrario con 30-50k ad Oslo sei appena sopra le necessità fisiologiche nella piramide di Manslow... Ma forse c'è un errore perchè nel sito della Funcom non c'è nessun riferimento alla retribuzione.

Si l'ho letto. Generalmente il supporto nella relocation dura un periodo e poi finisce. Comunque la mia era soprattutto curiosità visto che il sito aziendale non riporta nessuna retribuzione (con annessa relocation)...
Per farlo fruttare lo devi amare come una bella donna e non farlo solo perchè lo fanno tutti o ti da uno stipendio o un guadagno.Se il lavoro che fai ti piace sei una persona fortunata,visto che per 45 anni circa te lo porti dietro e ci convivi.
