in sti giorni non mi ero connesso e nonostante tutto ieri un combattivo m'è arrivato secondo in volata, senza tattica ovviamente :))) ieri invece ho avuto modo di preparare la tattica per la corsa di oggi e ho vinto l'ennesima tappa con una fuga di uno scalatore ai -3km .... continua il momento d'oro ^^

Insomma molti di noi hanno ottenuto buonissimi risultati, anch io non mi lamento proprio ma in realtà
penso che il tourmalet 01 sia proprio facile facile, per farci capire un pò come funziona il gioco e le
strategie migliori da adottare, prova ne sia che tanti han vinto anche senza disporre alcuna tattica
per la tappa..l anno zero sarà in realtà il prossimo dove saremo tutti agguerriti come dei samurai
a digiuno da un mese :) Io in realtà aspetto con ansia questo fine stagione per vedere che succede

Sto facendo un pò di prove con le tattiche. In queste 2 ultime gare ho provato a mandare in fuga tutta la squadra ma non si sono mossi. Devo scoprire dove sbaglio ...

Ci siamo gente inizia la nuova stagione..io ho un problema..non sono riuscito a inoltrare nessun contratto ai miei vecchi corridori e li ho persi tt :( ora mi ritrovo con una decina di nuovi corridori
e dovrei arrivare a 14 che credo sia il minimo..ma il problema è il medesimo del rinnovo non riuscito
cioè vado su squadra poi corridore offer scelgo la cifra adeguata ma poi non so come inoltrarla non ho un tasto send ho provato con invio niente,,non vorrei che con questo note b non visualizzassi tt la pagina e mi prìerdessi la parte inferiore con un tasto che io non riesco a vedere HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

..search serve per cercare corridori nel mercato ..il mio problema è che quando ne individuo uno se
scrivo la mia offerta al tipo non so come mandargliela

io go trovato uno di 19 anni e gli ho proposto il contratto su search.
domani vedrò che succede.
se non sbaglio li trovi anche quelli senza contratto

ma non hai capito il mio problema..una volta che scrivi nella finestra dell offerta la cifra che ritieni giusta in base alle faccette che fa come gliela invii?? c è un tasto invia o cosa??

cambiato l'allenamento, scomparse diverse opzioni (skills più alte etc), a favore di una distinzione per tutte le specialità fra skills (credo tecniche) e fisiche

Hello everybody, today we bring you the most awaited info, the new season is almost upon us and you are going to get a glimpse of all the changes that will make the game much more thrilling than in any other season.

First important thing to mention is that there has been a complete rework of the training plans, in the past, it was kind of a no-brainer to get a particular type of training because that was the training that allowed the faster progression without much penalties, well, with the new system, there are actually no "best" plans, there are only plans that fit better a certain kind of strategy.

We can begin by saying that there will be 2 sets of training for each type of rider, a skill-training and a physical-training. The skill training will focus on the main speciality attributes like Mountain for climbers, Time-trial for time-trial specialists or cobble for flandriens, but at the expense of not progressing much on the physical attributes (stamina and resistance) which are also very important for the races. On the other hand, the physical training will give you a more balanced training and the posibility to increase faster your physical skills at the expense of a slower progression on the main attributes... All training plans have been though so there are trade-offs, for example, if you want to train the FIGHTER attribute, you will have to switch over the FIGHTER training because it's the only one that allows this type of training. Oh yes, here it comes the second new feature of the game for this season 4, the fighter attribute is now trainable.

The next major improvement of the game has been to switch the fitness preparation from a 0 to 80% scale to a more appropriate 0 to 100% scale and at the same time, making some of the riders hidden attributes more evident for the player and have more impact on the resolution of races. For those managers that didn't know, there have always been 6 hidden attributes in the game: "Get-in-Shape" which allows a player to reach a certain level of fitness faster or a higher level of fitness, the "Fatigue recovery" which allows the rider to be able to support higher workloads because the fatigue doesn't affect him that much, the "Nationalism" which impacts the negotiations with a rider based on his nationality, the nationality of the team and the number of riders from the same nationality that you have on the team, the "Ambition" which is the rider willingness to win, which may make him sacrifice some money in order to sign with a very successful team, the "Greed" which is reflected on the amount of money a rider will be willing to take to sign a contract and the "Loyalty". Now "Get-in-shape" and "Fatigue recovery" are more clearly visible by following the rider fitness throughout the season, which can really make a big difference between two similar riders in attributes.

Because of all those changes, the manager skills had also been reworked in order to adapt the bonuses. The training bonus specially for higher levels have been tweaked down and the roster skill for level 9 and 10 too in order to accomodate the max of 30 riders per team.

Finally, the last major change in the game has been a completely new salary system which will make the game more realistic from a financial standpoint. The best riders of the game will obviously claim a contract according to their status, so if you want to sign a top level rider, be prepared to pay what he is worth. Also, riders will now be more "intelligent" on the sense that they will refuse contract extensions if the conditions offered are significantly worse than what they have already signed, so that old tactic of signing a free agent for millions in order to get him off the market to later renewing him for peanuts will no longer be effective. The new salary and contract negotiations are also more realistic now as they will take into account a team success throughout the game, so managers who have achieved a lot of victoires and great results will find it easier to attract top ambitious talents to their teams.

And last but not least, there has also been a shuffle of the premium items cost following some interesting discussion with some of the long-time players of the game, we have decided to remove the entry fee to the Cya Top Tour division, yes, that's right, from Season 5 on, you will be able to participate in the CTT without paying cyans, you will just have to meet the other financial and management requirements and most importantly, be able to finish among the top 6 managers of the Continental Pro Division. We hope that with this change, all players can enjoy the thrill of competing on the best races and against the 20 best managers of the game for a whole season.

In order to compensate this giveaway and because the game still needs to pay for its maintenance costs and expenses, the rest of the items have also been modified, here is the final list:
