Da2 ore faccio il tutorial, è una battaglia:D
selezionare l'allenamento è dispendioso, poi la cosa bella è che quando fai la formazione dovresti metterli nel ruolo in cui li alleni...vattelo a ricordare, avendo selezionato allenamenti individuali per 60 giocatori!

HOW DOES THE GAME PROGRESS?
The game is ongoing and you will always have access to our server. At any time you can log on and find out what has happened since your last session and view upcoming events. Football Strategy is designed to be playable without much effort. For the manager with limited time, can still manage a successful club without the need of playing daily. When you invest more time and enthusiasm into the game, you will find that it will most likely pay off in better results for your club.
HOW SHOULD I HANDLE MY FINANCES FROM START?
For new club owners it is highly recommended not to gain any expenses until you're comfortable with the game. Stadium (tickets), fanbase, associates, sponsors, and TV rights are the primary sources of income. It is your job as manager of the club to maintain a positive balance for your clubs funds. For that, you must achieve a balance between revenue and expenses.
WHAT LEAGUE DIVISION DO I START IN?
Essentially, players will take over the management from automatically managed clubs. New managers can take over clubs that are in division three or four respectively and strive for a better division placement. At the end of the season; depending on your performance you will have the chance to get promoted, regulated, or remain in the same division.
WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE MATCH ENGINE?
The match engine strives to give each match a feel of realism, while at the same time offer a wide variety of tactical options. The focus of the match report is to be informative so the manager can further analyze his squad performance. We can say with confidence that our simulation offers the best 3D match experience there is available for any browser online game. Our match engine takes the quality of players and tactical options into account for all matches. The ME will constantly be improve in one way or another with ever patch.
ARE THERE ANY PAID ADVANTAGES IN-GAME?
No! We do offer an optional "PLUS" system that will give subscribers access to numerous perks and allow a better playing experience for those of you who choose to support the game. Naturally, we did our best to ensure gameplay is not affected, in order to keep the game competitive, and that everyone has an equal chance of progressing. Funds collected through "PLUS" system will be used for further development and server costs of the game. Managers can obtain free "PLUS" access by referring users using the system located in the manager profile page. Alternatively, you can exchange your achievement points.

No, non e' detto che devi mettere il giocatore in base al ruolo allenato. Puoi anche non allenare la posizione e allenare solo le altre skill. ;)
però...nemmeno ho lo staff e giù una nuova modifica....un 18 è calato in controllo...proprio incoraggiante!!!

Nonostante l'allenamento, giocatori possono sempre perdere alcuni punti attributo a causa dell'età, inattività, infortuni, ecc...
@Torquemada Io fino all'1:00 ero online e andava tranquillamente. Stamattina e' dalle 7:00 circa che sono online e fino adesso non ha avuto segni di 'cedimento'. :)

Preciso che 1) il tutorial è saltabile ma così perdete la settimana di plus in regalo 2) nel forum italiano di fs abbiamo messo una guida per iniziare in modo veloce 3) il mio consiglio è, se non avete tempo, appena avete il plus e vedete l'icona che suggerisce dove far giocare un giocatore, impostate un ruolo a caso, l'importante è che si alleni. Quando avrete tempo sceglierete con calma. Ed esportatevi la lista giocatori in excel
