Forse la qualità della vita per le grandi città dovrebbe essere divisa per quartieri date le enormi differenze che ci possono essere.

concordo: ci sono quartieri di Rio de Janeiro che sono favolosi, vivere in una favelas sempre Rio è ma un po' diverso :-(

Nel migliore quartiere milanese si vive meglio rispetto al miglior quartiere di Francoforte?

non lo so, ma come ti hanno spiegato sopra...... è impossibile ragionale per medie.........

poi non puoi nemmeno paragonare una città che sta in una regione a statuto speciale come Trieste (con le agevolazioni del caso) con una che non ci sta
