Non sarebbe male…
.Italy recently imposed a 26% capital gains tax on crypto-asset trading over 2,000 euros in 2023. However, Italian taxpayers have the choice of paying a 14% tax on their crypto-asset holding as of Jan. 1. This alternative is intended to incentivize taxpayers to declare their digital holdings.
Visco estimated the number of Italian households that own crypto assets at 2% and said those holdings were “modest amounts on average.”

Hi Binancians,
My name is Ilir Laro and I’m the Sub-Regional Manager for the UK & Europe. The growth of cryptocurrencies and digital assets has been unprecedented in recent years. This new asset class has the potential to bring many benefits to consumers, businesses, and the economy as a whole. However, it has also been associated with some challenges and risks that need to be addressed.
To ensure that the benefits of crypto are realised while minimising the risks, effective regulation is necessary. In this regard, the UK has taken a proactive approach by proposing new regulations for cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
The latest plans proposed by HM Treasury on February 1st aim to provide clarity and certainty for consumers, businesses, and regulators.
At Binance, we believe that well-designed and proportionate regulation is essential for the growth and development of the crypto industry. We are committed to supporting efforts to ensure that the crypto sector operates in a safe and transparent manner. We believe that this will help to build trust in the sector and promote wider adoption.
Here’s what Binance CEO, CZ, said on LinkedIn:
“Binance has vocally supported the need for effective and appropriate regulation to help with mainstream adoption of digital assets. Such regulation can provide certainty and a safe space for innovation, as well as establishing industry trust and long-term growth.
Because of this, I'm happy to see the UK, a global leader in fintech, work on progressive crypto regulation - with HM Treasury's recent publication of plans to regulate crypto activities.
I hope HM Treasury's plans reflect Financial Stability Board (FSB)'s recommendations: the regulation should be coordinated, consistent, comprehensive and proportionate to the nature, scale and complexity of risks.
We shared our views on regulation in our Treasury Select Committee response last October: https://lnkd.in/eEzgJGgp
Binance is reviewing the details of the consultation and looks forward to contributing to the process. We will be sharing a more detailed response, but I am enthusiastic about the core design principles mentioned:
- “Same risk, same regulatory outcome”: especially the clarification that this “does not mean the same form of regulation, but rather the same or a very similar regulatory outcome.”
- “Proportionate and focused”: avoid disproportionate or overly burdensome regulation, as long as users are aware of risks, and market integrity and financial stability
- “Agile and flexible”: which is key for crypto to accommodate evolving markets and products.”
We are pleased to see the UK's commitment to the regulation of cryptocurrencies and digital assets. We believe that these proposals will help to create a level playing field for all participants in the crypto sector and will contribute to the development of a more robust and sustainable crypto ecosystem.
...and Binance is happy :)

A quanto?

Eheieh - Dicembre 2017:
La legge della domanda e dell'offerta.
... ecc ecc ...
Per me questo fuggi fuggi sarà a febbraio-marzo.
Fabbrogas - Novembre 2020, valore $17k
