But another thing shocked me :]
I've been walking around some forums recently ... and discovered this team ;D

And it's working as well. The aim is to get new managers to become active in Sokker. Up till now around 100 managers have been given a mentor through this system, I think, and more than 80 are still active, a few are mentor themselves by now.

Hehe, yes, another Julius. You be careful, he'll soon overtake you as the best Julius in Sokker! ;-)

Yes - the similar mentor systems exist in different countries - like Italy, Belgium etc. They are working really well - less users quit, because people know what they should or shouldn't do just after joining SK.
A pity that not every country is organised so well :|

Ik zou graag ook een mentor willen, hoewel ik volgens mij de grote lijn wel door heb. Toch lijkt het me handig om af en toe een vraag te kunnen stellen!
