I notice that I've ended the first step of the maintenance of the database. I've erased all the players with less of 10000 euro of wage and older than 24. For the others, I've sent the requests of update and made the selection. Of course, I've made an easy-requires selection, in order to avoid to lose potential players that could be useful even in emergency.
Before the management there was 887 players older than 21. Now 329, and in detail
- 77 of them made up the group of the first team, where, without considering the form, the players has got chances to play as regular
- 118 of them made up the 2nd team, where are players that are not good as the first team but they could help in some cases, and they don't deserve to be cleaned, because they satisfy the requirement fully or almost
- 141 are players with age between 22 and 26, most of them don't satisfy the requirements but has got chances to be future stars. They made up the group of the future players. This group is particular, because, for each player I've taken remarks about the training plan of their manager, in order to monitoring the future of Nederland. The management of this group is one of the matter that I care, because it's the core of my program to monitor the growth of future champions, as I wrote in my electoral topic.

In order to prevent the filling of useless players in the database I've update the requirements to play in national team
Strikers: STR+TECH+PACE>=48 and no skill of these lower than 15
Defenders: DEF=>17 and PACE>=16 and PASS+TECH+PLAY>=24
Goalkeepers: GK>=17 and PACE=>15
Midfielders: PLAY>15 and PASS>=15 and DEF>=10 and DEF+TEC>=26
Arretrate midfielders: DEF>=15 and PACE>=15 and PLAY+PASS+TECH>=42
Wingers: TECH>=17 and PASS>=15 and PACE>=15 and PLAY>=10

Yes, it required a lot of time, but the good luck is that in the last week I had to work for a customer of my company where the customer was almost all on holiday.... no much work. So while my colleagues was reading news on internet in some spare little times, I was "working" on sokker ahaha. This helped me a lot.

Now I am gonna looking for assistants. If I will be alone I don't think to be able to follow as best at least the group of the future players. So I am looking for a scout that:
- wants to make a NT experience like scout
- knows the basics of english
- likes to see young players grow
And he will have the task to follow the young players with age between 22 and 26.

Does anybody want to try this experience?
PS: if somebady is thinking to be a future coach after me of the NT, it could be a good chances to know in advance his possible future players ;)

Nice win! The score did not reflect our strenght very well in my opinion. We were way better.

Thanks a lot :). As the previous match, it's difficult to score. I hope that could be a transitory time. Maybe Jelle Graaf, despite his utility to support the midfielders, decreases the effectiveness near the goal, but I think that the first strikers, Verbiest and Buitenhuis has got a lot of clear chances to score, and they are both superdivine... I don't know, let's see in the future, but I think that is a transitory moment :)

Today we will play against Soumi, the world champion. But today the result will not count. Andreac is my sokker friend, and we decided to avoid the use of the regulars players. Anyway, there's a player with a very high salary where I don't know his skills, because his manager doesn't log into sokker often. IHe plays as winger in his team. For this reason, today he will plays for half match as winger, and I asked to andreac to put in his right side of the defense his best defender that will play this match, because I have to test him :).

About the match, in the first half we didn't play well. I think that the reason is that the ball arrived to our winger that was always stopped by opponent defenders, and we was unable to attack. That player is not good as winger, but I've seen that he could have a high level of playmaking. Maybe in the next friendly match I could try him in the midfielder side.
In the second half we played very well and I'm very happy for the performance of the diamond disposition of the midfielders, happy for the performance of ferry hese (very strong but old and not updated for almost a year), we was near to recover the score, the opponent was next to disappear and we was close to an one way match, and as you told, we were a little unlucky to score because we missed a lot of 1 vs 1, but I have to notice that the strikers hadn't a high form.

Now.... against Hong kong. They defeated Lietuva :S
