Nice test agains Belgium, important test against a top team. I think that today we deserved to win the match.

But it's not the first time that we deserved to win or to score more. I am wondering if I make wrong something.

Today we've reached to lose an impossible match to lose :(

It's true that we're qualified as first, it's true that I've got three requestes to miss the match of three players, it's true that, in order to give a little satisfation to the trainer of the players, I used some younger players... but I am seriously worried about the low score ratio of our striker. Today we've got a superdivine and divine in striker with 14 and 17 respectively in form. It's not the first time in this qualifications, and if it will happen again during the WC, we could be out deserving the win.

They entered 4 times in our area, two times blocked by defenders, one shot (goal) and the ending penalty (missed). About us, I miss the count of how many times we was in the penalty area and shooting, sometimes missing goal inside the little area -.- .

I am not happy about it, Maybe my vision is too much focused in these sides. If you have other opinion, I would like to know, never stop improving :)

I would like to know what a normal conversion rate of attempts is.
I can see the effectiveness of my players, I think this is because of OSokker. Does someone made an investigation about the effectiveness of players? With effectiviness I mean the percentage goals scored with respect to attempts.

I would like to know too :). There are too much variables that we need to consider (form, skills, headshot or kickshot, position, distance, goalkeeper...). I wrote the last topic by considering that last saturday we had striker almost near to the perfection in the scoring skills, with a lot of big chances to scorse, close to the goal, 1 vs 1 etc...

My personal sensation is that there is a "balancing" parameter that works proportionally to the evaluation difference between the two teams. This is evident during the first matches of the national cup (KNVB Beker), when I play against team with 1/3 of my efaluation. Sometimes I need 30 minutes of the game to score, and in these 30 minutes my players play as dumb. especially the strikers miss very easy goals, so often that if they mantain this score ratio during the league probably I could score less than 10 goals each season. By other hand, the result of the first matches of the national cup are in accordance to the reality, because without this "balancing factor" the result could be too huge.

If there is as I suppose, I could not need to be worried, because with stronger team could not act the balacing factor. By the other side we played against Lietuva, Poland and Belgium and in these three matches we missed a lot of easy goals. Let' see in the next friendlies

I know that who leave the game don't care nothing about it. But I notice that there is people that who want to continue to enjoy, and not only me but the whole community that follow the national team. So If you want to leave the game, please, sell the NT player. It's a kind act for the dutch community, people that was giving you enjoy until now :).

If the team gets a new manager, NT players are sold. But UDMUR won't have a new team for a while...

In case of a resignation, this has been done in the past (TL I mean). However, as far as i know, there is no precedent regarding players in bot teams.

The player can still be used as well btw, at least until the team is taken over.

It could be good, but unfortunately they can do nothing. I've already met this situation with malaysia in the past, for my ex top player of a national team, but top or not, they can do nothing :(

I add... The reason is that if the manager return to play, he has the right to retrieve his old team with the same players and his budget, modified only by the time passed.
This is one of the demostration of a dumb philosophy of management of this beautiful game. I consider that a national team player is not only property of the manager, but a little bit of the community of the national team. Why the sokker manager (greg & co.) decided to protect a team of a manger that now don't care about it and in the 99% of the cases will don't care in the future, when there are many other active player that they care about it? Why do they protect a non active player instead of the active ones?

Unlucky, I had this already much times with Iranian players. There is nothing what you can do....very frustrating.

Who said that an offensive midfielder is useless in sokker? Who said that the best choice is to put a defensive line with 5 defenders? Who said that side back need to be used only as defenders?

Today Graaf has been the focus of the game, with a lot of linking point between the defensive side and the winger, by opening the game with precision, and he scored the winning goal too :).
Even today, there's been a lot of missed goal, but I'm tired to complain, I only want to be happy for the performance :)

Tomorrow, in accordance with AntonioRoman, coach of Spain, we'll play with U28 players.
I could use the best line up as possibile, but I've decided to avoid the use of the players that will not have chances to play in NT when they will be complete, in order to favourite weaker player but that has got a lot of potential. For instance, I'll make play two 23 years old (yesterday 22 yo) for about 30 minutes.

I'm very excited for this match, and let's see how could be the nederland of the close and the far future toghether. All the selected players 27 or younger are in the list that I've wrote in the topic [NT] Info about the future players of the NT.

In the end, let's hope to win :)

Yesterday we lose against spain 0-1. We haven't score the big chances that we had, but this time I take my own responisbility. I think that I've used a line up that required too much efforts for young players, and, despite I like the expressed play, they haven't expressed the whole potential. A partial justification could be that Spain used an average older team than us (almost all 28 years old), but it was my choice to use only players with a real potential in NT in the future, even if they are younger. Another think is that maybe I could not use Tabbe Bekius (one of the best striker of the whole NT) with only 13 of form. Slow and too few reactive. I expected more from a player like him. In the end we've been in 10 players with the red card of Arie van Klavieren, our "falso nueve".

Anyway, we made 75, as our opponent, and we had same chances that was not converted into shoots and... when I saw this action....
