Ik werk al 7 jaar in Friesland als groninger, maar uiteraard spreek ik geen Fries....

Why are you applying here and not in your native country ?

Why should we change our NT coaches ? What makes you a better NT coach ?

I for one need a lot of proof to make me vote a foreign manager to have our NT under his command. Communication is a major issue.

Naja, hier in der Gegend (in den Niederlanden) sprechen eh alle deutsch, zudem kann man sich niederländische Teile selbst zusammenreimen und da ich was neues lern wollte, hatte ich in der Schule 1 Jahr französisch ausgesucht.

I was 4 seasons long the national coach of germany.
I think 4 seasons for one team/country is enough.
New managers should have a chance to lead the german national team

I hope that I´m better than the old/actual nationalcoach.
I think he made his job very well (only 1 remi in the whole qualification).
I would make more public work at the forum and probably I can made better tactics ;)

For now i think you have little chance. The current staff have don e a good job so far so the majority of the users will vote for them. After the WC you'll have a really good chance getting the job. The only problem is communication, but then Julius was also NT coach and he didn't speak a word Dutch ;))

Gocher-Star could assign a translator if necesarry. But I don't think it's much of a problem. The majority of Dutch users do know either German or English, and for those who don't, as mentioned above, a translator can be assigned to translate the most important texts into Dutch.

If Pauleta and Maqoma did not already apply, I would consider voting for a foreign coach of this caliber.

I think as well next season would be a good opportunity, I think you are a very good coach and I would for you, but the guys who did the quali, should be allowed to do the WC as well, since they did a good job in the quali :)

Basically I agree, and in this case especially because they did quite a good job I think. Nevertheless I think it's very wise from Gocher to be a serious candidate right now. People can get used to him that he is really willing and able and during the next elections he has a serious advantage I think against the people who present themselves for the first time.

For example I was in the running last time (although I started very late with my campaign) and got quite a number of votes. I think when I'd be here respectfully treating M+P this round but presenting myself again as a candidate I think it would be easier to take over during the next campaign. What I did learn that it's very wise to gather your staff well before the start of the elections.

I have to agree. The current coaches did a good job, so I would like to see them finish their job. You'll have a more fair chance next time, and I would encourage you to try again to become our national team's coach.
