With the support shown here in this thread, i will try and candidate here.... :) I feel most welcome already, then we will see who the candidates will be, i will be one of them.

I will make proper candidate thread closer to election time... :)

I'm sorry to be a spoilparty , but I would love to participate in these elections, because the Netherlands is one of my dreams before sokker closes.
I received the invitation since two nations to be their coach ,but I would prefer the Netherlands coach and bring her up as high as i can

Ik vraag me af waarom er in een friendly nu weer allemaal 21-jarige spelers staan gisteren :(
Als hier geen verandering in komt zal het komend seizoen idd. een nieuwe coach worden.

Als de tegenstander dat persé niet wil is dat wat lastig. Normaal gesproken ( zonder blessure keeper bij 2-0 met een kwartier te gaan) winnen we deze wedstrijd gewoon van een sterkere tegenstander, maar dat hoor ik je niet zeggen ;)

Ben je alvast met je campagne bezig ? Ambieer trouwens zelf niet het bondscoachschap, komend seizoen.

Voor de U21 toekomst is het winnen van veel minder belang als 20-jarige spelers opstellen in een friendly, in mijn ogen tenminste. Bij het uitzoeken van een friendly kun je het beste alleen accepteren als de tegenstander U20 wil.
De wedstrijd heb ik niet gezien, dus als je goed gespeeld hebt, feli.

Ik heb begrepen dat er een behoorlijk aantal mensen een buitenlandse coach wil, dus weet niet of ik me kandidaat ga stellen.

Denk komende vrijdag aan de leeftijden, de spelers zijn dan een jaartje ouder!
Elk seizoen trappen daar weer een aantal managers in met een 0-5 tot gevolg.

Here is fine, my vote will be given without that ;)

So here i am, to present myself as candidate for the Netherland u/21 election.

My name is Rasmus, known as adaca in sokker, im almost 32 yo, father of a 3 yo son, and is on early retirement.
My passion is football, in all types and shades, to play it, to coach it, to view it, to play games about it.

What i want to do with Netherland U/21, is to advance in the rankings, to qualify and lead a succesful WC campaign, and to prepare the biggest stars for the senior NT.

I have quite a deal of experience in leading both danish NT´s, but especially on u/21 level, the most success has been. In the first campaign i had in u/21, i didnt lose an official match in two seasons, going out of the world cup with 3 draws, and hammering Belgium (3rd place world rankings back then) in the WCQ.
This time around as u/21 coach, i though have had the biggest success with the u/21 boys, being the first to ever lead Danish u/21 past the group stages at WC, and ending losing in the quarters against Polska.

The reason why i want to candidate myself for a bigger NT then Denmark, is that i have the dream to try and play up with the biggest nations in sokker, and not losing due to much poorer player material.

As for tactics, i look forward to (if i get elected), using a player like Ethan Owusu in ways that can open up the opponent. But in many ways, i on u/21 level, use to play offensive football, with high pressure, off mids, wing attackers and this sort of things, that is not so often seen, but i have experience with using.

2 seasons ago when i took over: Danmark U21 1774.32 (43. place)
Last season at election time: Danmark U21 1883.3 (39. plads)
Now: Danmark U21 2062.82 (34. plads))

Geen Nederlandse coach?

Daarbij, ik vind adaca een onprettig persoon (vriendelijke gezegd) dus op hem ga ik absoluut niet stemmen.

Wat zijn je ervaringen met hem ?

Hij heeft vreselijk lopen etteren op het forum. Ruzie zoeken met mensen en extra aanzetten om ruzies te verergeren. Paar maanden terug nog een bericht in mijn inbox gekregen omdat hij als mod niet kan treiteren op het forum en dus op die manier ruzie zoekt. Gelukkig is dat na 1 bericht wel meteen gestopt. Wellicht is hij erg gehecht aan zijn mod ster.

Hoe deze vent mod is kunnen worden is mij echt een raadsel en dat heb ik hem ook al gezegd in mijn mail terug naar hem als antwoord op zijn mail naar mij.

Daarom ga ik niet op hem stemmen.
