Ok guys, let's start to talk.
First, i want to thank the people from the community that explained more to me about the forum and the topics here, even work as a scout, i do not take attention last season on forum since my focus was more the database.
Second, our friendly calendar this season, in this matches we will use always the U20 team focusing on U21 World Cup, i pick good opponents to test us and these matches will be very important to i adapt with the pieces we have for next season, this will be the teams.
Week 03 - Israel U20
Week 07 - Azərbaycan U20
Week 11 - Polska U20
Week 14 - Sverige U20

About the WCQ, is a group that could be difficult if we failed to make results against Uruguay and Colombia that is the most strongest teams in our group, about our team, in my opinion.
We have a good keeper that also could be used for U21WC and also we can have another one that i found yesterday (still waiting for the owner send me the skills), but for the wage the probably is similar level to our keeper today.
Defenders is probably the best sector we have even for next season, we have 2 defenders that is level similar to a top polish defender, so at the moment we have good pieces on this sector.
Midfield is probably our worst position in the team, our players or lack a lot of skills or lack a important skill like technique or passing, etc.... and in the season i think we will have a lot of headache to make this sector be efficient in the field... hope we can make something positive during the season.
Strikers is a decent sector, good options and a top striker for U21WC, problem for next season will be a second option to play with this guy since we have only 1 top 20y striker at the moment.
Our first match will be agaist Uruguay that is probably the best team on our group, like us, they changed the coach.... so is a very difficult match because we do not know how they will play but this is also be positive for us.
2 good strikers we do not have for this match because of injury to help us and i still thinking what i will made it in our midfield, i will create the tactic now, after i finish make all i will show a list of players that could be able to play in this match.
Another thing, if you don't have a youth school open, do not waste time and make one, the youth school besides helping our NT can also help you to make money with a very talented player, if you have doubts on how to make one to be efficient or afraid to make one because of your budget, you can talk to me or to experienced people in our community who will help you to create a youth school without being too expensive and efficient depending on your budget for a start.
Not only a youth school, but if we want to help training young players in the topic called Training U21, if we found good prospects we will show and if you can buy it to help the U21 team, will be extremely helpful for growth the dutch team in sokker.
The U21 team is not made it by the coach, the coach is choosed to see the best pieces he have and create strategies with this pieces, the community help with the youth school to we have a better generation in future and also training young prospects is the secret for the sucess. ;)

fuck.... How angry this match gave me, losing happens, but losing like this is very frustrating, especially when the goals you suffer were player errors and not strategy mistakes.
Although the statistics showed that they gave more shoots, only 3, 4 shoots of them were really dangerous, the rest were shoots from far away that the goalkeeper easily defended.
We were strategically superior, we were able to create a lot more dangerous chances, but our midfielders' lack of skills was a big problem, many times our winger had a chance to make a big play and it was slow to pass the ball or lacking in dribbling the defender, or our other midfielders were also the same. mistake to make easy passes, etc, etc .
We also lost a penalty kick and a lot of chances in second half.... Many times thanks to our midfield problem, our strikers do not recieve the ball in a good position to score, 3, 4 chances he have in final, only really our goal was in a good position.
If we have our best strikers that was injured today, maybe the result could be different.
Now next week is vs Panamá, i want to make at least a lot of goals to to calm me down of what happened today.
