Yes... could have a problem of big teams like Germany, Poland, Czech Rep refuse... and also U21WC season will be more tiring because finishing the U21WC on week 9, week 10 the Euro Cup would be mandatory to start to the final happen in week 0 and in week 1 the start of WCQ... basically mentally for the coach it is a hell because he would not have a week to rest practically (rest in week 10 after U21WC if you go until the final is like a vacancy for us), it seems funny to say that, but participating in these competitions is mentally tiring because creating strategies, watching matches is something that takes your time and obviously you don't want to lose , you will try harder than the natural, even with a Fortune Cup for example ending the same week, it’s with the U19 team ... so it’s easier because you already know that the U21 team won’t be at risk injured in a friendly match near WCQ

But of course... if you go to see the glamor and name ... etc, it would be great to participate in a U20 Eurocup because it would be a U21WC with just European teams... that would make this competition the strongest after U21WC, today I believe that the strongest in terms of team level is the V4 Cup.... And it would weaken America Cup since Spain and Portugal, which are 2 European teams participating in this competition for lack of something like that in Europe and I have no doubt that they would accept to participate in the Euro Cup for the importance that would be created because it is a competition that tries to find out what is the Strongest European team in the world.
Now let's talk about our next match and our team, today have the age update, so congratz for our dutch players, all of then have a birthday today, i will need to pay a lot of money for a cake for each of one. :p
For people that have a curiosity... let's talk about our team for U21WC.... How strong is Netherlands? I will talk position by position
Keepers - We have good options for this position, de Lange is probably one of the best U21 Keepers in the world and Wapenaar is prob one of the best U20 keepers, if not the best... and also Kraay as a 3rd keeper... so is not a problem for us goalkeepers in U21WC.
Defenders - Also probably the best sector we have, like last season with the U21 generation in WCQ, we have more than 5 options on defense, which is good since is a position that is difficult you use the same players all U21WC and this show why we survive against Poland for example, we have a top level defense.
Midfielders - Probably our weak position, but maybe depending how we will go in U21WC, we can have a better options since they could have a update in important skills like technique, passing and playmaking, our midfielders lack some important skill in the position that he play and also the fact that we use players from 20 to 19 years old now shows how deficient this sector is for our team, but knowing how to use them, we can do something ... which was what we managed to prove during the season.
Strikers - is a good sector, but since is the sector that we use more U20 players, is a fact that we will do not the full potential of these U20 strikers that still lack some important skill, the U21 generation is not good, but Drenthe is a exception, probably one of the best U21 strikers in the world, van Eerd and van der Luer is not on his maximum peak now for U21 but they can be a good options for U21WC.

A team with a strong defense but lacks power on midfield and with a offense that is good but is not top at all like a Poland, or a Czech Rep... etc.....
And today the match is against my country, Brazil.... that means that i will give the match to Brazil beat me, alright? Well... no! In fact... i never lost to my country in sokker after more than 4 matches and i still have plans to do not lose to then, so... i want to win and i want to him dominating the game, i was make tests only in tactical part but today i will make test on subs also, so i will do not make 3 subs on 60 min... this time will be different since now is time to test to make strategic things on subs that could change a game in sokker, and Brazil i think is a good team to we test our power for U21WC, so let's try to make something special tonight.

Okay... let's talk about the game
Our defense that is the best sector today was trash.... the 3 goals we recieved was ridiculous, Brazil's 1st goal was a brain fart by our defense... 2nd goal happen after a mistake by our team to try a counter-attack, we lost the ball and then give free space to his winger act and 3rd goal was another brain fart moment by our def mid in a corner kick, if we play a magical defense against Poland, today was a disaster....
But in other hand, our offense today work, Brazil is a team that try to play on pressure, trying to close the spaces... but if you find a space in his tactic, all strategy broken easily.... and our team find these spaces... specially our striker van der Luer, we do not have a proper winger, or a proper def mids to start creating the game well.... but we try to play against the mistake of our opponent, happy for win this match because even wirh our defense today do not show a good performance, our team played very well and have a lot of good chances, the first goal by us was a beauty of play.... when we find the spaces, we dominating in the chances we have it, will be not today that i will be defeated by my own country...
Next and final match of this season against Germany, let's see how will be.

We finish this 1st season with a draw against Germany...
We used 2 tactics, 1st tactic was a very agressive tactic (3-5-2) trying to have more power on offense with more players.... 2nd half after the min 60 we put our currenty 4-4-2 that is called N03.
If i made some changes, the 3 defs could be more effective, the strategy works because we make 1 goal and have chances to make more than 1 goal....
We recieved a pathetic goal as always, but since Germany has other chances... maybe the draw was the right result for today...
Germany have a good strategy to avoid us to dominate the field and since our midfielders is not good... we suffer a lot.... As much as I change their position in tactics, there are certain things that it is not a miracle that will change, we do not have midfielders....
The 3-5-2 maybe will work perfectly if we have decent midfielders that have a decent level of technique, passing and playmaker, but we do not have that, the only midfileder that is decent is our number 6 Brüll and today he probably was the worst player on pitch...
We lost a lot of options thanks to wrong training, we have a lot of guys that have a lot in one skill but in rest sucks.... it’s frustrating to see that, but it doesn’t mean I gave up or anything, it’s just an outburst about today.

First of all, I would like to thank for the 9 votes I received to continue this project, I hope this season will be even better than my 1st season here and we will do our best to make it happen.
Now, about the season and our match today... the strategy and squad is already ready, this season we will have the U21 World Cup and after this we will need to prepare our U20/U19 team for the next seasons, so is a that we have to do 3 things at once... make the final adjustments for U21WC and after U21WC prepare the teams for next seasons.... I believe that the planning that I did, this will not be a problem.
As I said before, this is a medium to long term project, but that does not mean that we are not going to try something in this U21WC, since we are going to participate ... we will try to win then... that's why the friendly matches we made is against top teams and favorites to reach final or win the U21WC, like our opponent today that is Czech Rep.
Also... if you have a player that is playing in these matches, do not sell them until U21WC ends... reason is tactical discipline.
This will our final test for U21WC, next match we will use other players, so i hope today we can do not have problems with injuries.

even after some minutes passed, i am still on hype... my god! haha...
we beat them after finish 1st half 2-1 to Czech Rep. and lose 1 player due a red card....
We could have luck with this? maybe... but our subs was cirurugic to we have a chance, our tactic was good against them and we just need a chance to make our game and we made it.....
We face for prep for U21WC, Poland, Uruguay, Brazil, Germany and now Czech Rep and we do not lose it (3 wins and 2 draws), so i think we have a lot of luck, no? haha...
i say it... our team could be not strong, but i believe in my skills as a U21 coach, i am a veteran that play 2 times a U21WC final and i want to play a 3rd time, now here in Netherlands.

even after some minutes passed, i am still on hype... my god! haha...
we beat them after finish 1st half 2-1 to Czech Rep. and lose 1 player due a red card....
We could have luck with this? maybe... but our subs was cirurugic to we have a chance, our tactic was good against them and we just need a chance to make our game and we made it.....
We face for prep for U21WC, Poland, Uruguay, Brazil, Germany and now Czech Rep and we do not lose it (3 wins and 2 draws), so i think we have a lot of luck, no? haha...

yep, this time i do not use Giesen, i make a test... i put Brüll as a winger and try other player as a halfwinger that have more playmaker, and was not bad the test either.
