yep, this time i do not use Giesen, i make a test... i put Brüll as a winger and try other player as a halfwinger that have more playmaker, and was not bad the test either.

i use this scouting tool for try to find more players but i do not found so much good options in the end for the WC generation... :(

First of all, I would like to thank for all the help the community gave me to get far in this challenge, which is the U21 World Cup.

I don't have the best team at hand, but we have a team that, knowing how to use the strategy to our advantage, can be efficient, especially against top teams as we saw earlier in our tests.

We have many problems (low form and also important players that were sold this week like our main striker and a midfielder), thanks to these sales now, these two players have lost many levels in tactical discipline and I hope this do not be a big problem for the our team in this competition.

We are not in an easy group, it is one of the most difficult in this competition... The 3 teams are better than us on ranking and probably have better squads also.... But i am the most experienced coach in this U21WC edition and i hope this could be a help for us manage to take the results against our rivals.

Talking about our first rival (Montenegro), a italian coach that makes good results in his preparation for U21WC... they have a dangerous team, with good defenders, amazing midfielders and decent strikers... probably his weakness at the moment is his both keepers with low form, if we could shoot well maybe we can have a chance due to this problem they will have.

But i believe in myself and in my team, i think my strategy for today will work, we already test this and was effective, so... hope nothing bad happen to our players to we can use 100% of our squad for today, the first match is always the most tense match... if we win, will be the best thing on earth, if we lose... will be a nightmare.

Do you believe in the success of our NT in this competition? Do not forget to put in TV Studio a result that you imagine it will be today, let's support our nation to the maximum in search of finishing with a great result, my goal for now is just to get a trophy for Nederland, but if that trophy be gold one, even better.

Our team is a joke...

There is no way I can do miracles without midfielders who don't know how to pass the ball.

Thanks to the sale of 2 important players, our team is unable to act properly on tactic, and to make matters worse the lack of form of 1 defender made our whole system a joke.

A humiliating defeat because our team is a joke after all, we will end up being eliminated in the group stage because our players can't do the simple ... we don't have a real winger, our def mids don't know how to pass and our best midfielder it was a joke because his tactical discipline sucks.

This is frustrating.

if we win today and Montenegro beats Turkey or draw... we just will need to make our result and not be dependent of other team...

Nice ... we are eliminated from U21WC because again our team sucks on field thanks to lack of skills and because our defender Elso Pappot give a corner kick to Uruguay make the only goal of the match... from the bottom of my heart, I hope that this player will be fired unintentionally and thus be deleted from this game forever. :)

I want you to watch the game to see what the real situation of our national team is today and I will be honest, I already want all active members here (especially those who train dutch midfielders) to speak ... because I will be direct ... our next generation even has potential, but it has to be trained properly ... enough to use patches in the field, who uses patches is old cars.... No more midfielder with pass in 8-9 or playmaking in 9, if only they had high stamina, but even that ... our players still have low stamina....

I want to use real players in the next U21WC, so I want the midfielders coaches to obey the training plan that I give to each one, if they are not satisfied with what I am talking about, we take advantage since it is early, I pack my bags and prepare the territory for the next coach, because I will not be irritating for nothing watching a team die in the field because it has low stamina and cannot hit a passing or dribble a defender ...

And it's no use saying that I had to use a different system, with what I had to work with, not to play centrally for example ... The opponents quickly discovered that our weak point is distance and that is why they used aggressive defenses to keep us slow in the field, congratulations to them for discovering this... we have some chances today... but Drenthe... omg... a 3x 15 striker that shoot a ball that go to the moon.... no commentary.

That's it.... I need to drink a good beer to try to take some of today's frustration.

I really want to know how i managed to beat Czech Rep, Brazil, draw with Poland and Germany on friendly matches... maybe my team just want to play on friendly matches or was like Space Jam that the Monstars stole their skills?

Today was the top of the pile of shit... we are better on strategies, they have just better players, our 3x 15 striker do not run, dribble and shoot, but they have 1 FUCKING GOOD CHANCE and made it...

Is frustrating because i do not lost the matches because my tactic was so bad that create 100 chances to the opponent...

We lost because our team do not know the basics and the players that we expected some just do not play it...

I do not know if Drenthe was because he being sell before U21WC make him so bad... but now this is past....

We only now will use U20/U19, so team owners that have 21y players, you can sell if you want.

What is the current level of playmaker and passing of the players?

I never had better mids in the past, all small countries have to deal with this problem.
But, using very defensive tactics with strikers acting very high in front can be very succesfull. This way I managed to defeat some top teams in the past. The long Ball tactic.

problem is that Netherlands is not a ''small'' community...

and also our problem was never defense, the problem was we be horrible no make the most important... goal! we make zero goals in the U21WC, the worst offense in competition.
