problem is that Netherlands is not a ''small'' community...

and also our problem was never defense, the problem was we be horrible no make the most important... goal! we make zero goals in the U21WC, the worst offense in competition.

I was talking about long Ball tactic with low defender and high placed strikers, not about defence. U21 is something else as NT, wingers are not usefull in my opinion. Long Ball from defence to strikers.

Topteams have topwings. We don't have.

and we do not have midfielders to play centrally also....


do you want to i play on a 5-3-2 with a midfielder with 8 of passing?

in Poland i use as a winger a guy like that...

pace is important, but midfielder needs to make the ball be faster first....

we do not have decent midfielders because a lot of options that was to we use was not trained properly for example...

Some of our defenders get bad marks. Do you know why?

Myself, I think it are the really low side skills. But then I aks myself, aren't there defenders with better side skills?

Nooit opgevallen, maar we hebben Wapenaar op doel staan. Heeft hij in het echt helaas niet gered, te laat bij een betere club gekomen en met gedoe vertrokken. Ik heb weinig betere keepers gezien, klikt vreemd maar is echt zo. Zag er ook echt uit als een keeper. Vorm was goed, maar zeker niet beter.

Sowieso keepers van Utrecht…. grote beloftes vaak maar maken het niet echt waar. Michel Vorm, Robin Ruiter. Die laatste gezien in de documentaire van Sunderland till I die, wat een grabbelaar zeg.... Elke lage bal vloog erin.

Ongelooflijk inderdaad, was ook echt een goede keeper bij FCU.

Wie weet gaat het met Maarten Paes wel lukken. Is dan wel geen eigen jeugd, maar wel weer goed ingekocht. En er staan nog een hoop talenten achter hem te wachten op een kans. Zijn alleen nog wat jong.

Well... since this new virus (covid-19) started, i basically lost all the time i have for sokker thanks to some duty in my real life and thanks to that i will need to leave this U21NT... is a pity, but i do not want to make a job incomplete... will be better someone in my place.

I thank everyone for this 2 seasons... was not a good season in U21WC, but i hope that the next generation that have my attention could make the service well.

For now, i will update the database and use the U20 (U19 at the moment) generation in the Fortune Cup.
