my name is Stefano and i'm 26y old.

I'm an italian user and so i can't speak your language and i ask sorry for that.


My experiences with NT are 3 seasons with Italy senior in first world cup, when here was shadowman, and last 3 seasons with ItalyU21 with the win of world cup. I prefer work with young players :D

I can't want promise wins or world cup like last season with ItalyU21, but i promise my best work and my best relationship with community, to explain all my choices.

In my club i have a preferite tactic,naturally, but i think that on NT is all different, because a coach must use best tactics for available players.

In italy for example, in last world cup, we played a lot of time with 4-3-3 because we had 3 great strikers that made different in matches.

Actually, i haven't a staff because i don't want italian users but i would like have a dutch staff of course and naturally i don't know very well this community to know who want help me and so i didn't ask yet.

Infact, i spoke with Jort in last weeks and he told me that help me to organize my eventual election and first moves in this adventure :D


Generally, i prefer have one scout for each position, we worked very good in this way in Italy and with new database is very easy.

there isn't a specific reason, i'm always been fascinated by "orange" NT and i always had a good dialogue with all dutch users with whom i spoke....shadowman during first season of NT, kasimsietsma about his holiday near my city and Jort about NT...

@ Mr_Newton: I know you as an excellent tactician and as a gentleman from head to toe. I must confess I'm slightly baffled as to why you decided to run for election. We've never had the pleasure of your presence on this or any other Dutch forum up until now. You hardly seem to know the community in fact. Don't you think that would hamper you a great deal? Running the U21 means so much more than just trying to win matches. You need to be involved with the community in order to keep track of all the new prospects and keep a tab on all of them. Which is completely impossible without a Dutch staff and an intimate knowledge of what's going on. You stated earlier on you were planning on recruiting a Dutch crew, but I'd really like to get a little more precise information. Especially regarding the more practical, not directly match related, side of the job.

I know that command a national not just put it on the field, but explain the choices to community, listen to criticisms and suggestions from users and i immediately said I can only speak English because I want to be clear.
It is not absolutely a problem if the community decides not to vote for me, I knew that it was difficult (or impossible) since the beginning of my choice, but it's only a game and I can only promise the best effort during my work.

About new prospects i completely agree with you and in Italy for example, i opened a forum where an user can put young players with possibile future on NT and listen advices of best users..... Naturally i don't know dutch young players but I think that after a study of the database, i can have a perfect idea of the situation.... :))


About crew i can take the example of my Italian management.
I talk with scouts about the skills need for each player and they talk with the owners to steer toward the best training, or i ask the scout to send skmail those not upgraded. (In many cases i sent skmails)
