Subject: [NT]anaconda

Hello, my friends :)
I'm anaconda and I'm candidating for Nederland National Team of sokker.

About me
My real name is Ionuț (Johnny, in English), I'm a 21 year old romanian student at Faculty of Law from Bucharest.

Sokker experience
I'm playing sokker for over 5 and a half years. During this time, I used to be moderator and mentor. I managed to reach Romanian First League few seasons ago, with 2 consecutive promotions, from III to II and from II to I. I am also known as the user with highest transfer incomes and sellings from Romania and I think one of the highest around the world.
About NT experience, this season was my 11th season as National Team coach.
- 1 x Misr NT Coach
- 1 x Crna Gora NT Coach
- 3 x Romania U21 NT Coach
- 4 x Israel NT Coach
- 2 x Romania NT Coach

During these seasons, I had 4 World Cup participations, as follows: quarter-finals with Romania U21 (lost on penalties), the very first participation of Israel at a world cup, ended 3rd in group stage, eightfinals with Israel and World Cup Winner with Romania, this season.
I also took the lead of Israel on 30th position in rankings and left them on 10th position and took the lead of Romania on 7th position in rankings and currently world leaders, for 5 consecutive weeks. Also, I didn't lost any single game as Romania NT Coach. In fact, my last NT lost game is from 14th of May 2011, when I was Israel coach (37 game unbeaten streak).

Why Nederland
I think some of you will ask me this question, so here it goes :)
After winning the world cup with Romania, I was looking for a new NT challenge, a decent, strong enough national team.
In my opinion, Nederland is underperforming lately, the current 20th place is pretty low for the strenght of the squad. A strong enough squad, a nice community, a challenge, there are all the ingredients :)
And also because of this :P

Plans&Objectives
I will set myself two objectives to achieve: reaching top 10 in rankings and world cup semifinals.
The first one can be done with a little bit of attention. Friendlies are very important and I'll try to arrange some "strategical" ones (I did the same with Israel, going from 30th place to 10).
About the second one, I will do the best efforts and all the diligences to achieve it, preparing as best as I can every game in part, using all my knowledge.
As for other plans, the Nederland Association will mostly be kept in same formation, the games will be prepared inside. Also, I'm planning a betting contest with games from qualifications, with players-to-be-played-at-NT or pluses as prizes.
And as an activity which won't be seen by the community, we will start a massive scouting process, I have a java program that is able to scan all players in sokker by nationality, age, value, form etc and place them in a list :) It will take some time, few weeks maybe, but it will come very handy for next season, because I expect us not to have many problems in qualifying to the World Cup :)

I find it way too early to vote, with only 1 candidate right now.
Personally, I prefer a Dutch coach, although I'm sure Anaconda is very capable.

Unfortunately, Nederland will be in 2nd pot, for the world cup qualification draw, which will be this Saturday, and we'll face a team from top 16.
