Subject: [NT]Nederland - Denemarken

So, ladies and gentlemen, I have the honour to open the very first match topic as Nederland NT Coach :) I'll open a topic for every game from now on, writing information, statistics about both teams.
Our first oponent in these world cup qualifications is the team we got from first pot, Denemarken (Denmark). Some words about them:

Denemarken, officieel het Koninkrijk Denemarken, is een land in Scandinavië, in het noorden van Europa. Het is het meest zuidelijk gelegen land van de Noordse landen en ligt ten zuiden van Noorwegen en ten zuidwesten van Zweden, waarmee het door een brug verbonden is. Ten zuiden van de enige landgrens die het land rijk is, ligt Duitsland. Het land grenst daarnaast aan de Oostzee en Noordzee. De hoofdstad van Denemarken is Kopenhagen (Deens: København).

Denemarken heeft een totale oppervlakte van 43.094 km², iets groter dan Nederland en bijna anderhalf keer zo groot als België, en bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit een groot deel van het schiereiland Jutland en de drie grote eilanden Funen, Seeland, en Lolland, die samen met tal van kleinere eilanden de Deense archipel vormen. Van de 5.500.510 (2009) inwoners leeft het grootste deel in stedelijke gebieden. De bevolkingsdichtheid bedraagt 127,6/km² (2009).

Denemarken is een parlementaire constitutionele monarchie; het staatshoofd is Margaretha II. Groenland behoort tot het Deense koninkrijk, evenals de Faeröer-eilanden. Denemarken is lid van de Europese Unie, maar niet van de eurozone; de munteenheid is de Deense kroon. Het land is ook lid van onder andere de VN, de NAVO, de OESO en de WTO.

Denemarken heeft twee volksliederen: een burgerlijk volkslied (Der er et yndigt land) en een koninklijk volkslied (Kong Kristian).

As we can see, there were 5 matches during the history, the wins were split equally, 2 for each, and a draw.
They have a strong team, lying on 17th place currently, in rankings. I've met them during last world cup and they are one of the three national teams that managed to draw with Romania in the past 2 seasons.
I'm trying to accomodate with the players, first 1-2 weeks are always difficult for a NT coach :P They have a new coach too (MC), in my opinion it's an even match, with equal chances for both sides, 50-50. I'll do my best to assure the win and have a good start of campaign.
I won't come with too many information regarding our team, as oponents may also follow this forum :P

I want the national team to be encouraged by as many users as possible, to be a nice activity around here and to enjoy the following matches!
This being said, the match will start on 18th of February, at 12:00 sk-time.

Well...
let's just say that my last NT game lost is from 14th of May 2010 (in a game, France - Israel). And I played in every Saturday, since then, including 3 matches with Polska + world cup playoff.
39 game-streak without losing... and I don't plan in ruining this record in the near future :D
