You are right, if you didn't give points to persons earlier rounds you must also give no points now.
The rules must the whole game be the same.

It's not that I care, because I've only got 3 points right know, but if you don't take into consideration our postst, I think you're splitting hairs.

Edit: if you would have posted the time of the first match, nobody would have made the mistake.

Sinch when do matches start at 9.00? I did not know this was possible. A lot of inconvenience could have been prevented if you would have posted the starting time in your own post.

I agree that the match was crazy early, but telling Anaconda that he is responsible for giving the starting time of the first match is unfair...

Iran plays always the matches on 09.00 u, so I know that it is possible ;)
but I think that anaconda is right, if he did give earlier also 0 points to other who did post on Saterday after one (or two) of the matches, he must do it now also.
It's a rule what he did tell in the begin of the game.

Ok, but if he is not responsible for posting the starting time, he should only disregard that particular match, and not all matches.

Or you could just post your predictions on time, before saturday. Would save everyone a lot of trouble. :)

Sure, that's true. But this situation is also unfair as well.

You are also right, I could have just "disregard" the match(es) which have started and taken the other ones in consideration. But I think it is in my discretionary power to make some general rules (the power of every contest's organiser), and I chose this way...
Arguments can be found for both ideas and we can talk til next week about this, but it will be useless. You can blame me for this, but I have the "legal context" (aka the rules stated from the beginning...).
I am once again sorry for the game, that was entirely my mistake and I won't say anything in my defence, but with the contest, let's just let it as it is, I can't change it now.
