Hi ;)

Mijn naam is Bartek (Bart in Engeland/Nederland) en ik ben 20 jaar oud. Ik ben hier omdat ik een groot fan ben van het Nederlands elftal en daarom is het een droom van mij om jullie Bondscoach in sokker te mogen zijn :-) Jullie NT is erg sterk en daarmee kun je van iedereen winnen. Ik speel sokker voornamelijk voor de NT's, vandaar dat ik mijn eigen team alleen maar gebruik om jonge Poolse middenvelders op te leiden. Dat is ook de rede dat mijn eigen team erg laag geklasseerd staat, ik probeer gewoon wat geld te verdienen en 100% van mijn tijd in NT's te steken... En een paar Poolse fora...

Sokker ME is een loterij vandaag, dus waarom zou Nederland niet de nieuwe Wereldkampioen kunnen zijn? :) Ik heb veel ervaring als NT Coach, 12 seizoenen, 180 wedstrijden, goed en slechte wedstrijden, emotionele wedstrijden, etc. En nu wil ik het graag in jullie land proberen. Ik zal bewijzen hoe een goede Coach ik ben net als ik in Canada bewezen heb, waar ik het wereldkampioen gehaald heb. In de kwalificatie gewonnen van Tsjechie (toendertijd 2e in de ranking) en ik werd 3e in de WK groep (waar Roemenie 4e werd). Ik heb zelfs al eens tegen Nederland gespeeld, als Poolse NT coach, weten jullie nog? :-P

Ik weet dat ik 2 keer heb verloren met Polen. Het is erg moeilijk om jullie om steun te vragen, want het is vrij makkelijk om te zeggen "wegwezen, je hebt het WK verloren als BC van Polen!", maar om eerlijk te zijn kennen jullie Sokker ook goed, de ME, dat beetje geluk dat je nodig hebt... Dat beetje geluk had ik helaas niet... Ik heb geweldige wedstrijden gespeeld met Polen, maar net die 2 belangrijke wedstrijden zat het niet mee. Met Canada heb ik echter mijn potentieel wel bewezen vind ik en jullie hebben toch niets te verliezen? Titels zijn niet het belangrijkst, Anaconda won met Roemenie het WK en daarna lukte het met Nederland ook niet. Ik ben ook geen garantie, maar ik beloof dat ik er voor de volle 200% voor ga. En met een beetje geluk in 1-2 belangrijke wedstrijden kunnen we heel ver komen, vooral met jullie hulp en support. Overigens heb ik ook een aantal wedstrijden verloren omdat we voor de lol speelden, alleen in friendlies. Het Poolse NT is natuurlijk anders dan de andere NT's in Sokker, maar toch zal ik proberen om een aantal van mijn ideeën hier ook in te voeren (wedden op NT games met prijzen zoals een cap of plus).

Als ik de verkiezingen win zal ik de NT associatie openstellen voor iedereen. Het is tenslotte de beste plek om het over tactieken en tegenstanders te hebben :) Ook is het zeer interessant voor minder ervaren gebruikers die er veel van kunnen leren :)

Ik heb begrepen dat jullie de NTDB gebruiken, aanvullend hierop gebruik ik een speciale scouting database, die alle spelers in Sokker scant op waarde en salaris om de potentials eruit te kunnen pikken. Ook voor het U21 is dit beschikbaar.

In Polen hebben we ook een topic voor Poolse NT Coaches, waar we NT spelers kunnen adverteren van landen met een Poolse NT Coach. Dus hiermee kan ik ook helpen om ervoor te zorgen dat NT potentials bij goede managers terecht komen, ook voor het U21.

Ehh I'll change squad in next season.. probably train defenders.. if i find some talented dutch players.. why not;>

You've got my vote. However, one word of warning: the dutch NT is probably not even in the top 20 strongest NT's. If you manage to qualify for the WC it's a good result. The title is just a dream. You won't make it through the group stages unless you get very lucky. Also, don't expect the community to give a fig. A solid series of disappointments and a community which is getting smaller every season are the main reasons for a general lack of interest.

I think you're in top 20... you're stronger than teams like Israel etc. Hungary is WC Champion.. are they stronger than you? I don't think so.

If you manage to qualify for the WC it's a good result

It's a duty:) You'e in first pot in WCQ so you should have easier group than teams with lower rankings;>

Yep.. luck is the most important.. I was third in WC group with Canada.. i promote them to World Cup. It was very hard.. everything can happen ;> you know how 'strong' is Canada because you took them after me, am i right?:)

You might be in for a bad surprise. We've never had much choice, but until recently we did have a few absolute star players. This is no longer true. Especially in terms of secondary stats our player base has become quite weak.

I still wish I could have had just a bit more luck. Ah well, that is the story of my career as a NTC. Anyway, you did very well and it is indeed a testament to your skills - under the old ME. Question is, can you adapt? Anaconda couldn't. He did not really understand the changes and refused to really change his ways.

I see diffrences in tactics.. you can watch polish nt games on World Cup.. we lost game against Schweiz really unlucky ;/

the most important is luck now.. tactic help only with number of situations.. but on new ME you have many situations and you lose game ;/ it's lottery.. we have to fight with that ;)

and it's only a game.. i won't quit like anaconda because i did it earlier and now i know it's only a game and fun :) but i deal with nt games serious:> and i like this emotions:)))

I have a question as well. Why do you choose to run for Dutch NT and not for a NT with better players? Are other countries more patriottic about their NT coaches? Or do you like a bigger challenge?

I love Nederland and your football nt team.. it was just my dream to start here:)

ps. challenge is of course the most important.. but with every NT ;) not only with Poland, Nederland or others..
