Hello Dutch managers :)

I came from the Czech Republic to take part in elections for U21 coach. ;)

First something about me
I'm a student so I have a lot of time for sokker :) I started to play it in April 2009. Now I'm playing in 3rd Czech division, but I think it isn't important for this job, because I'm trying to train young players and in the same moment still play in good level! My club has similar strenght as U21 teams so I think it could be tactical advantage for me, because I know what can these players do and what can't... :)
At Czech forum I'm very active and this season I am/was coach of our NT. It wasn't as good as I expected :( I thought about WC next season, but we had really tought group with Germany and Moldova in it...and some matches were really badluck...but it is sokker and I don't want to finding some excuses ;)

Why I choose your country?
Bacause I like your national football team and your players like W. Sneijder, A. Robben,... I have good stance to your country...I don't know why :D but I like it :) So I want to lead your U21 NT to some success in WC :) Why not medal? :)

What can I offer?
-> I'm trying to train your young players :) Now I have two potential U21 players - A. Grijze and T. Gooren and I want to lead them at WC! :)
-> I want to keep your U21 NT in TOP10 and for sure qualify to the WC!
-> I will try to make good and funny match previews and reviews - some interviews, country specialities,...
-> In match previews I want to discuss tactical strategies and want to know your opinions, because I will work for you, not only for me :)

For example image how I will show you match squad:

And in the end a short video :D

If you have some questions ask me...

...and then VOTE ME HERE :)

And I wish all the best to the New Year to you all!!! :)

good morning guys ;-)

I'm (hopefully) ready to answer your questions :D so don't worry and ask me ;D

Mornin` and a Happy Newyear :)

Nice speech and plans, voted already but i agree with some other managers that it would be good to have a dutch coach for the U-21.I think you are capable and enthusiastic enough to run the team but U-21 is also perfectly suited for an upcoming dutch coach, who isn`t yet capable enough to manage +21,to give him (her) the chance to learn how things work in national teams.Perhaps you could even be that persons mentor??

Yes, I agree - it is always nice to have coach from own country, but I don't think it will be huge problem if it won't be Dutch coach, because I'm here :D

who isn`t yet capable enough to manage +21
I think U21 is sometimes harder ;) You have only a few players to use so there is more pressure to win due to good tactics which are set for players ;) In adult NT you can use your fantasy more and make tactics which you want ;)

Perhaps you could even be that persons mentor??
It is interesting idea but it depends who will become coach ;)

voted already
for me? :D

thanks for vote :)

btw. has anybody a question for me? :) I have a time :D what do you want to hear from me? :)

still no another questions? :-)

I only want to add something:
I'm tracking your U19 generation for a long time, since two seasons ago! And I really want to lead them in WC :-) only these two seasons (more if you will want me :-))! with my players - Grijze, Gooren... :-)

How about tactics. The match squad picture you posted, is that your ideal tactic?
(2 strikers, 1 inger, 3 midfielders with 1DM and 2 more central)

Just curious.

2013-01-03 09:08:11
no it isn't ideal tactic ;-) it was just example how I will show you match squad! ;-)

in the new ME there are two best tactics for U21 in my opinion ;-) 1st one is 4-3-3, which played a lot of teams in the last WC ( e.g. Turkey, Romania,...) and the 2nd one is 4-4-2...there are two possibilities: with 4 mids in a row or with 2 DMs, 1 AM and winger ;-) but against better teams you have to sometimes play with 5 defs ;-)

I'm open to play a lot of types of tactics ;-) it always depends on opponent and players whose I have to use ;-)

What will you do when you won't be elected? I am actually quite sure that I will vote for your opponent, a former eredivisie champion, but you seem to be quite enthusiastic about Dutch football and I would say you are a good u21-coach for the future.

What will you do when you won't be elected?

I will be bored for whole the season :D maybe I will take part in the Czech U21 NT as assistant coach ;)
2013-01-03 20:44:30
anybody who wants to ask me for something? :)
2013-01-03 20:54:42
What does an ideal U21 winger look like according to you? Be realistic with your total skill sum.
2013-01-03 21:01:16
in the new ME I prefer winger with lower PM and high left side ;)

then there are two possibilities:
1) higher passing than technique and pace
2) higher pace and technique, lower passing

e.g.:
1)
pace 14 def min. 6
tech 13 PM 10/11
pass 15 att min 6

2)
pace 15 def min. 6
tech 14 PM 10/11
pass 13 att min 6

okay? :) but why do you ask me? :D you can't vote :D
