Have you thought about the U21 staff (assistant|scouts|...)? Or planning to do it all by yourself? :)

What will you do if your 2 19yo's should not be in the squad because of other players having better skills or form?

Or planning to do it all by yourself? :) definitely not ;) I talked a bit about it with ZUIVERE ;) he will stay as head scout ;) because he is doing his job very well (he still spam my mailbox with update requests :DDD) :)

then I want to one or two assistants/tactical advisors :) one will be from the Czech Rep. and I want one from your country, because it is still your NT, but I don't know who ;)

Czech - I have to talk to some Czech managers...I can't tell you his name, before I will make sure with him ;)
Dutch - I don't know who yet...but I want to have one Dutch assistant! :)

So here is my view of WCQ Group:

Opponents:

Uruguay - 28th place

Uruguay is quite low in the 2nd pot and I think Nederland was a bit lucky with this team in its group. :) We can got Belgium or Eesti e.g. from the 2nd pot. Uruguay played against the Czech Rep. last qualification and we defeated them with our U20 squad...but Uruguay isn't easy opponent. They lost against Argentina only 0:2 two weaks ago. I will watch their next match against Venezuela for sure! :)

Colombia - 36th place

It is similar team as Uruguay. Colombia has mark around 50, but last match against El Salvador won only 2:1. I think Colombia and Uruguay will be fighting for 2nd place!

Cymru - 59th place

Cymru played mark 47 last match against Malaysia and tied 0:0. One curious thing: their GK plays in Atletico Brabant... :)) I think it won't be touch opponent but can surprise us :)

El Salvador - 72nd place

As I wrote before, El Salvador lost against Colombia only 1:2. They are on 72th place but they aren't too weak...They can fight with Cymru for 4th place :)

Kazakhstán - 96th place, Tūnis - 97th place

They are both in the end of ranking and play mark max around 30...So 12 points from these games! :)
