__. Nederland U21 Elections

First word...
Next World Cup Qualification season is coming, so it is time to choose the new coach for next season :) I think Pauleta made decent job, he passed the WCQ well and at WC he lost in eight-final round against very good Romania on penalties...nobody wasn't too close to beat them!
In next two weeks you have to choose your new NT and NT U21 coach. :) I hope I will give you the right possibility to vote :)

I think a lot of you know me quite well, I'm following your forum for some seasons, I train young Holland players and I candidated two seasons ago where Pauleta beat me, however, some of you gived me positive feedback and I got quite good amount of votes and that gives me hope for that time, and it comes now! And I'm ready to win and lead your U21 NT!

Yea, I'm... But I hope that won't be problem for you. I really like your country! Your national football team, your players...! And last week I watched a crazy Dutch film :D (in your language, but yes, with subtitles :/)
A bit of experience
I want to note some of my previous tests on international field.
NT coach of the Czech Rep.
___ I was elected as NT coach in my country for one season. I lead my country in WCQ, but I failed :( I was
___ 3rd in qualification group with Germany and Moldova in it. (later Moldova showed its strength at WC)
4 seasons as assistant coach at Czech U21
___ I worked with coach Wal-Mart, he discussed tactics and players with me, and I prepared preview
___ for him for each opponent.
Tactic advisor in Czech NT
___ This season I helped Wo-10 in Czech NT. We discussed tactics and squad for matches.
My goals
Qualify for WC
___ There can't be another goal fot next season. Nederland U21 is part of TOP 16 in sokker, what means
___ first pot in a draw! And Nederland couldn't miss WC!
TOP 10
___ TOP 16 is enought for WCQ draw, but not for me! :) It is always nice to see that your country is part of the
___ best what sokker can offer, isn't it? So in friendly matches I would like to achieve that against good
___ opponents! Nederland NT is at the 8th place, so why not U21, too? ;)
Something for the end...

Normally I have a preference for Dutch managers. But you have proven that you really "like" Netherlands (for longer time than the elections). So I think you deserve a chance.
