Dear Dutch manager
Hallo everybody. I am ringhiostarr, outgoing coach of Malaysia national team, your opponent in the last world cup qualification, and now I apply for the lead of Nederland NT. In these 2nd half of the season, I've got the great opportunity to collaborate with the outgoing coach Poey, for being introduced gradually in the Ducth reality (players, future potential, update requests) and community (the forum, the user, their opinions...), in order to offer you a better preparation. In fact, every world championship starts suddenly with a strong match, and this is a typical issue when somebody starts to lead a new NT.

Me like manager
Talking about my tactical side, maybe you have got the opportunity to see it during these last matches. I like to have the lead of the midfielder side and the play, make pressing without leaving any breath to the opponents. I like to experiment and try new features (have you seen the sides back that help the forward play, for instance, not a common feature in sokker). With my team I like to experiment, I can say that my team is an experiment. For instance, I am trying to grow offensive midfielders, and I feel brave because usually it's unprofitable :). But with the national team, I don't experiment a lot, because I prefer to have attitudes and use lines up that I know that work. Summarizing, if I am sure at 110% that something new could work, I use it with NT, if not, I will try to improve with my team, or maybe in frendlies. I don't forget that a national team is a property of a community, and not my own toy.

My career
About my result and my experience, I am in the national environment since a long time, 12 seasons. With italy U21, I reached the first position the first season in the qualification stage. The second stage hasn't been good. Despite my responsibilities, I remember that lucky made all to help opponents :(. Bad remember, but this was the main reason to improve myself.
I continued with Malaysia U21 for 6 seasons and after that I begun to leading Malaysia national team.

The biggest goal that I've reached with Malaysia is to bring it to the world cup, for the first time in his history, both U21 and NT, and I brought the NT from the 59th to 39th position of the world ranking, with some surprises against stronger opponents, like Portugal, Belgium, Danmark and, unfortunately for you, Nederland (other than good results in frendlies, for instance, against Italy). :)

Of course, I am not the perfect sokker tactician. I have the defection too. For instance, if I reach my goal I incline to sit down and don't go over. I think that the best way to avoid the own defects, is to be conscious of it as first step. One defect that I have improved is my unpredictability, during the last season, especially with my team. Despite I am not perfect... I'll be satisfied if I'll be the best :D

My goals with Nederland
If I will be elected, the main goal is to qualify nederland for the world cup, and at least pass the 2nd stage too. In the last times we've seen that even medium NT could win the world cup, let's see Norway 4 seasons ago for instances, or the 2nd place of scotland in the last one. About the performances, I don't want to promise nothing, because I prefer that results talk for me :). For this reason I started to collaborate in advance in order to give you a demonstration of what I can offer. I really say thanks to our coach Poey for this possiblity, and I will make all the possible to say that he made a good thing. I think that this collaboration with my influence has ended in a good way, we're arrived 2nd in the european tournament U27, and for this reason, Poey will be my first assistant, in order to continue on this way that improved suddenly the performance of Dutch team, i think :).
Without any promise, I don't wanna hide that I am strongly determined to bring Nederland up to the end in this world cup. I think that intentions are better than promises :)

Sometimes a NT manager forget to follow the young players that it doesn't use, with the result that the players between 22 and 26 years old grow without supervision. If I obtained results with Malaysia I owe to the monitoring from the first season with NT to the young players. I want to give it to you in order to assure you a constant growing of the NT. I think that, considering the real life stuffs, a NT manager has the duty to do it, even with the players that he doesn't use.
I consider important it because I think that the nederland NT has got the defection to be a little old.


About my real life
In my real life, I am a technician of informatic systems. I have a master degree in telecommunication engineering. I play 7 players football and during the winter season, I go to surf on a snowboard. I like to build simply websites too, and I hope that I could start to do it like 2nd job for spare times in the future. My interests are technology, sport, music and... sokker :).

Nederland decided to me, I'm proud of it and thanks for your trust in me. Now I am with mobile phone, I will be brief.
Thanks again, now it's time to continue the work started some weeks ago. I feel ready and excited, for starting a new world cup, where finally I have the chance to go further.

Hello Dutch community

A season has passed quickly, very quickly I think, as all the enjoyable times. It's time to elections again, but first of all, it's time to get a look to this ending season.
We arrived first in the qualification league, we started as first. About this, I think that's the most important but the minimum required, especially if we see our opponents. About our play and the tactics, I tried to give a strong impact to the offensive midfielder, in order to transform a offuscated role into a plus for our team, especially because we have at least one player very high skilled as Jelle Graff. I think that's a waste to use him as striker, maybe we have better first attacker, but it's a waste to avoid to make him play... I tried to find alternative solution for an unique player, and that's the opportunity that I've seen him when I started here. Of course I don't wanna focus only to one kind attitude, and when I considered to use other classic kind of this, I used classic tactics. Anyway, I hope that you enjoyed to see the NT matches, despite the problems that we've got to strike on goals. As you can see, I like to involve all the possible players to the play in order to dominate the game and give many shoots solutions to it.



About the initiatives, the management is almost of public domain. I think that the result could be influenced by random, a good management of the future player could improve the average quality of the NT, and I think that is a focal point for being ready when luck will look at us. I started to get in touch interested trainer and managers that was training badly potential NT player in order to avoid a lose of a NT player. I'm happy to state that all trainer accept to sell their player, sometimes with huge requests but nobody said no.

In the end I hope that I will be your future NT coach, I am very glad to have been your coach this season, I've found a very nice and collaborating community. If you like what I've done, please Vote for me here :)
