Yes, especially of Arjan Grijze (that if he will not get injuried today or he will not lose form level, he will play tomorrow the friendly U27 against Spain) and Wibrand van Hoeven. :)

I think that is a good idea, not just vote, but to get involve in work for national teams (like: tactical board, scouts, ideeas, etc.). You have an active forum, that is the first big step to professional.

Also, I would like to ask you, get involved in the life of Nederland U21, too: analyze competitors, ask questions, choose your preferred coach, vote, and then ... make performance togheter.

I'm doing my best! :) today Grijze will play friendly with corner tactic so I don't expect injuries :)

Hello Dutch community.

It's time for election now, we are in the end of the season. My task in next to end, and I will not candidate again. I think that I have obtained result under excpectation, unfortunately, and I'm sorry about it. I feel it partially undeserved and this make me vanish the desire to manage any NT, at the moment. These are the main reason because I will not apply here, and in any other NT. Anyway, desire or not, I've mantained the management of the NT, as my role require, until the end, in order to respect your votes.

I feel it partially undeserved because we've lost key match where we played well with more ball possession and shoots on goal, but complaining is useless, for this reason I've not writed again. On the other side, I hope that I gave a little surplus of the management, especially of the young player, trying to correct some wrong training, and I'm pretty sure that could be helpful in the future.
In the end, I could only say thanks for the opportunity, and I hope that the future coach will be enough audacious to get the lucky if sokker decide to give it back.
Anyway, I take my responsibilities, this doesn't mean that I've set the perfect tactic.

Between 06.05.2013-17.11.2014 I was manager of USA U21. In that period, I wrote new history for that team. I qualified on World Cup and dominate teams more good that USA.
These are a few official results (in World Cup):
- USA U21 - Portugal U21 3:2
- Slovensko U21 - USA U21 1:2
- USA U21 - Slovensko 3:2
- Espa?a U21 - USA U21 0:0
- Nederland U21 - USA U21 0:0
- USA U21 - Australia U21 2:2

In this year, Nederland U21 not qualify on world cup; now is on 25 th place, with 2312.17 ranking point. I don't know how it is possible that.

In this year, I want come as manager on Nederland U21 team, and:
1) make a new team with old users (asistent manager, scouts and others);

2) implement new procedures (like ISO 9001:2008) to: analyse-prepare-check-approve tactics for each matches;

3) win new ranking points for national team and go up to the first 5 teams. You must be sure that can be done. Nederland U21 was in the top 5 on national teams.

If you are no satisfied with actual situation of Nederland U21, come with me to fight for a better future.
