According with our coach Poey, and the staff of Nederland, I start this kind of initiative.
All started with the question of the manager toonje

Are there any Dutch players looking for a new team and will receive training at my team?

I know that this is a situation that sometimes happens: a manager that is looking for a national team player to train (manager A), and, unfortunately more often, a national team player that is in a team while he's receiving a bad training by his owner (manager B).
The purpose of this initiative is try to make a sale of the player from B to A. How?

When I have news that a player has got a bad training, sometimes when I advise his owner about it, it happens that he's available to sell him. So I can look at the result of this data gathering and looking for the managers with the best training plan for the player and I will write to them.
Of course, if I won't be elected, I will pass the data to the future coach, because this is asset of the Dutch community :)

For instance... Now I am looking for manager that are training defense :)

I make another pool by following the previous idea. Just I started as Poey assistant, I remember that I would like to play in a stadium of an user that was not able to reply in time. So... I create this pool, in order to gather the stadium availability before the matches.

Is it not possible to use the national stadium?

Yes and usually the national stadium is the used one, but the problem is that a NT coach cannot change the dimension of the NT pitch. So, if the approach to the match needs a field with a different dimension, the NT coach needs to use another pitch. Because of this, I ask it. Sometimes I've used a different pitch with Malaysia in order to play in a pitch with different dimension from the standard ones.

But for normal matches you will always the national stadium?
This is only for the special situation?

Of course, in normal situation, I will play in national team stadium. Giving an example, in 5 seasons of Malaysia NT I played 1 time in a user stadium.

It's true, for this reason I ask first, but if a manager make available his stadium when he play an away match, the pitch has time to recover :)
