Dit forum is gewijd alleen kandidaten toespraken Nederlands Elftal.

Mijn naam is Morpheus , ik ben 36 jaar oud en speelt Sokker 2006 .

Zult u voorstellen om samen te werken aan het opbouwen van een toekomst U21 uitrusten waardig of fame Nederland. Voor deze , in het komende jaar , een systeem voor het beheer van de kwaliteit en continuïteit in de nationale ploeg te brengen creëer je.

Een van de doelstellingen die we nastreven in het bereiken van het beoogde doel stel ik het volgende:
1) bijwerken de dag van NTDB;

2) Verkiezing van de leden van het technisch personeel en de bevoegde overweegt opening.

3) Het implementeren van een tactische besluitvorming:
- het bespreken van tactische systeem ( 532 , 5311 , 442 , 433 , enz. ) voordat elk spel
- voorstel tactiek;
- verificatie van de voorgestelde tactiek;
- definitieve goedkeuring tactiek.

Samen kunnen we vechten voor de stap voor stap bouwen aan een mooie toekomst en de moeite waard voor de Nederland nationale ploeg. Samen, in 3-4 jaar, de implementatie en continue verbetering van dit beheer kan U21 team te brengen in de top 3 in de wereld.

Als u niet tevreden bent:
- 22e plaats (van de 98) dat is gevonden in de nationaal U21;
- dat teams als: Uruguay U21, Srbija U21, Bosna i Hercegovina U21, Česká republika U21, zijn boven de U21 nationale ploeg,

dan stemmen een gebruiker met met ervaringen, stemmen een ontwerp op middellange en lange termijn toekomst.

With this candidature I'll propose you to collaborate in order to build a future team U21 worthy of the reputation of the Nederland. Therefore that, we will create a management system which will bring the quality and the continuity to the national team.

In order to achieve this scop, I propose the following objectives:

i don`t say this because i`m from the same country as Morpheus or because i was for a litle time his scout :)
but considering the squad he had at USA u21, he did a damn good job...he played a defender with 11 defending and 10 pace at the world cup, midfielders with 10-11 technique and passing, and so on...

if you choose to give him your trust, you definitly won`t be disappointed..

Ooo spin, thank you a lot for this words. I belive, I writed new history for the USA U21 in that conditions that you explained already. In the World Cup, with such players, I dominated in 2 matches:

Nederland U21 - USA U21 [0 - 0]
USA U21 - Magyarország U21 [2 - 4]

In last match against Deutschland U21, I risked all (win=qualify). Unfortunatly, I loose.
