Subject: [U21]Woody

Hello everyone, my name is Rodrigo Carvalho but in this game I'm better known by nickname Woody.

After some seasons on vacation, I decided to make a comeback to coach U21 teams and I think the Netherlands would be the best place for this to happen.

For those who do not know me, I am known in this game for having many years of experience training U21 teams, it was always my big focus speaking honestly and what made me very happy to play sokker (coaching U21 teams and training young talents).

I managed to reach 2 U21 World Cup finals in past with Switzerland and Poland and I win 1 gold trophy with Poland, in the past I coaching 4 countries in this game (2 seasons in Perú, 4 seasons in Brazil and Poland and 3 seasons in Switzerland).

In this season i help the current coach Poey with scouting to make the database be updated.

Well, why Netherlands and why a comeback since I already make the goals i want in U21 teams?

In real life, i am a fan of many of dutch footballers and because of that I even bought 2 dutch players just to make them go to the U21 team (Cornelis Adriaan Koekenbier and Ethan Owusu).

Also, because of the fun, in my opinion U21 teams is very fun to watch since the coaches sometimes do not have a power team and just in strategies and tactic formation they could make surprising results, this is the fun of U21 matches in my opinion.

But yes, I have goals and I want to try to make these goals happen, i think in coach this team for more than 4 seasons (if sokker do not be dead after 2020 :p), trying to make a long term job to try at least we win a trophy (could be gold, silver or bronze), since also this country in U21 never win a trophy before, this is the goal for the moment.

Also I would like to have more interaction with the community trying to make this country have more clubs with youth schools and also show that a high level U21 team can only be built due to the work the coach has with his community.

Hello guys, sokker already announce the groups for WCQ and this is our group.

Group B with Uruguay, Colombia, UAE, Panama and Kazakhistan.

Not a easy group, will depends of our matches against Colombia and Uruguay, is 2 teams with a level similar to us, so i hope i can beat this two teams to put us in U21WC next season.

Elections time, i hope i can continue here... i love the community and this season makes i have that love that i do not have before for the game since a long time, we have a good long term job, so in future i expect we have a better team and a better position in rank as also, i hope the community also like my job at the moment, so let's try something good in U21WC! :D
