Hello to everyone,

When a leader looses his vision, hi looses motivation, dedication, and a long-term plan! Its clear that the development of Sokker has stopped, and that our community of users are not the focus anymore for the owners.

Our goal is to check the volume of interest first, it will take you 1 minute to sign up to the interest list. With a bigger support, we will be able to gather an amazing & dedicated team, to develop a first "Alpha" version of a game inspired by this old version of Sokker.

Its time for something new, and if you are tired of this situation, finally we give the option to do something about it! Otherwise, don't wine and be happy as it is =)

Im a co-owner of a design studio based in Sweden working as product developer & designer. I run the studio with my colleague, he is an animator and looking forward to this project. Our core focus is to "Simplify ideas and concept by design and animated graphic movies". We have helped many entrepreneurs to realise their ideas & visions whether it has been a physical or digital product.
So we have some great plans for this game! (Smallest example: Tutorials or help section should be in animated videos, not a long bunch of text), and much more.

I love this game, and back in 2008 i won the Sokker design contest with 10 years PLUS (that is still there) with my design concept. That design was never implemented by the dev team.

I know that we have a great group of coders in here, just check the thread:
"[New Game] How many coders are here?", i tried last year to start a development of a game, and searched the forums for coders. (See examples below).

Here is example of the last concept, this one is already outdated, we are sketching on a even better version of a first game. I showcase this to you, so you can see a little of my dedication over the past years! And now, i want to develop a game with the community in the centre.

But seriously what's the plan? What will remain of the current Sokker-game?
Now to me it just seems your to promote your game/company with a promise you'll copy the game and make it a little better.

I am quite a loyal guy, is there not a way to organise support for change in the sokker game itself.

The idea is also to wake the sokker devs up, its a revolution at the same time..
I hope devs develop sokker too.. i will play it.

I am still looking for the sokker-connection... besides the fact that you seem to have liked sokker some 8 years ago & that both sokker and your game are football related.

I do not mind you advertising your own game, but just be straightforward about your plans: sokker-devs did not respond to your (probably good) ideas and now you want to build a game of your own borrowing heavily from current sokker-gameplay.

Am I right? If yes then say yes and I will take a look at your initiative... :P

the answer is:
I do not mind you advertising your own game, but just be straightforward about your plans: sokker-devs did not respond to your/and the communities (probably good) ideas and now you want to/cause we need a plan b and no one else want to build a game/inspired by sokker to save the same community that likes this kind of tactical and nerdy game, cause its different for example, hattrick users!

So kind of yes, and mix of my background reasons, been creating and drawing since young age. And today, i work with it, so i like to make something i like better for me, and everyone else.

The idea is that everyone should be able to afford it, so as low as possible, if its possible.. then 1 dollar per month.

1$ is not the same in every country and for every person ;)

Of course, but its very hard to make it go around professionally under that, thats why the game will always be free!
Looking at the applications, most of the people are over 20, between 30-40, we have to study the numbers to find a balance!

Were you ever contacted by sokker-devs about this?

Some people send my design to them, and i got some messages that the devs liked my design and wanted to develop it, but still, nothing happened.
