Magistr - I don't know Czech Players skills as for now but as I see it:

1. 18yo - more def (obrance) and speed (rychlost)
2. 17yo - the same, but wors other skils as the 1st one
3. 20yo - almost ready to play - more technique and speed or pm

jaké vlastnosti u hráčů nejvíc oceňuješ?

For DEF
- central def: lot of defender skills > speed, technique, stamina > form
- side def: def > tech & pass > speed, stamina > form

CM (cetral mid):
tech > pass and pm > then speedf, def > stamina and form

DM (defensive mid):
def > pm > tech & pass > speed > stamina and form

OM (offensive mid/wing):
tech, speed > pass > pm > stamina and form

ATT:
tech, striker > speed > def > pass & pm > stamina and form

but this is only a demo version ;p
when I need a high striker (like Jan Koller ;p) I don't need speed so much, but tech striker and def yes, if the player is small speed would be like to see - good for side att for example - it's all about the game plan and the players.

On more serious note, how would your staff look like. Would you bring your assistants/scouts or would you also cooperate with Czech managers?

during work with Poland U21 I had a staff with me, but I prefer to do a lot by myself.I will need a help - but only from czech users - and I hope, I find good people who would like to help (some spam for skills, some advises about tactic plans, squad) - in PL we work in Polska Association, where former coaches, actual NT staff etc helps coaches. As I see - You have the same Association here.

Would you be willing to train some Czech prospects yourself to prove your dedication to our U21.

I'm poor user, but I can train some striker - next season I will train speed (2-4 weeks), then striker and tech skills

Jsi velmi kvalitní manažer a pokud vyhraješ reprezentace bude nejspíš v dobrých rukou. Zajimá mě jen jedna věc. Proč zrovna v Česku. Máš k naší zemi nějaký citovy vztah ?

when I won second WC, I knew that for Poland and me would be better to change the climate, learn something new etc. I was thinking about some senior NT or other U21 - I had few offers start in elections - but choice was simple: Your team is very good, we can fight for medals, we are in the same DST (I like see the game on live), we are neighbours (polish and czech people have different characters but still I think it would be easy to have good relationships with Czech users), You (Czech peoples) like beer the same as I :)

i drank okocim and this beer is good and too strog, but better like česke chcanky nie je :)

the best polish beers are from the small breweries but okocim is ok.

From czech beers I like Velkopopovicky Kozel and Budvar

Jsme na českém fórum tak by se mělo psát česky pokud to ten polák neumí tak by neměl kandidovat.

na každém národním fóru je dovoleno psát národním a anglickým jazykem, přečti si pravidla :)

třeba to myslel tak,že je fanoušek repre a nebavily ho komentáře před a po zápasech. Jestli tady má někoho,kdo mu to tady dá v češtině,tak jsou to další plusový body,chápu lidi,kdo neumí perfektně anglicky a já patřím mezi ně...ale jeho angličtina je jednoduchá a nemám s tím problém,ale někteří můžou

je to o ochotě ;) když mi někdo jednou za čas pošle prohlášení nebo popis o taktice a budu mít čas, nevidím proč to nepřeložit ;) to stejný jako jsem dělal loga, moc času to nezabere, když je, a radost navíc pro ty, kdo neví, jak na to ;)

jedna z možností,ale stejně mi nezapadá do koncepce :)
