Thx for all of you guys:). I just spent 3 hours of searching for a potential NT players..I found at least 6 that are out of database and seems to be a really good players..well..it takes time for sure;)

We have now election's time. Season ago I promised you to make qualification for a finals of World Cup and I did it. I tried to do my work as best as I can. We were 2nd in group with 1 point less than Slovensko( we made 2 draws with them 3-3). For me we both should be 1st after what we did we show during group stage matches. Czech Republic stayed undefeated in official matches under my leadership. We had some unlucky matches and we had also matches when we failed because it was my fault and I can admit it. In first half of season I was gaining experience. It was my first time with National Team. But then at the end of season I put a lot of efforf to make look Czech Republic a strong country in eyes of other coaches. We won pretty easy with France, a team that was undefetaed before our match, the team that won at least 3 last matches with Czech Republic in a easy and clear way. Then with new set up (433) we were victorious against Danmark. In last saturday I tried to make a sensation against Poland. Their players were too much for us in first half but look at 2nd half. We were slighty better from the 45-90 minute. It tells me and I hope you too that Czech Republic can do well in nearest finals of World Cup. To sum up things we are ready with tactics scheme like below:

-532(low wing)
-532(high wing)
-523(with one att that can be replaced by mid)
-433(with wide mid )
-433(mids closer,for straight balls)
-442(3 center mids and 1 wing)
-442(2 center mids, 1 low wing, 1 high wing)
-451 (low approaching defense)-1st half against poland
-451 (more offensive scheme) -2nd half against poland

In case of players. I took care of updating senior players. It took me a lot of time to do it. My researches also helped to find players like Teply, Grosek. Players that were missed in previous season.


With my own club I defended my championship title and I won bronze in champions Cup. Now I take a break from my team and will be focused only at national team

Popravdě raději bych viděl u NT týmu českého trenéra. Rád bych si tady četl a komunikoval v českém jazyce.


respekt k práci u NT. zkusil jsi i jinou taktiku než pět obránců, za to jsem rád.
Pro mě je důležité že jsi postoupil na MS, a každý kdo úspěšně zvládne kvalifikaci by měl dostat šanci si ji také zahrát a pokusit se o skvělý výsledek.

proto se přikloním k tvému setrvání na pozici NT trnéra.

Właściwie, to raczej nie widziałem z trenerem NT czeskiego zespołu. Chciałbym przeczytać tu i komunikowania się w języku czeskim.


szacunek dla pracy na NT. Ty nawet nie próbował inną taktykę niż pięciu obrońców, za to jestem zadowolony.
Dla mnie ważne jest, że przeniósł się do państw członkowskich i wszystkich, którzy z powodzeniem zarządza kwalifikacje powinny dostać szansę, aby go odtworzyć dobrze i spróbować świetny wynik.

dlaczego to zaakceptować swój pobyt w pozycji NT trnéra.

Nastal čas voleb. Před sezonou jsem slíbil, že postoupím na MS, a jak jsem slíbil, tak jsem to také splnil. Předvedl jsem to nejlepší, co umím. Skončili jsme druzí ve skupině za Slovenskem, se kterým jsme dvakrát remizovali 3-3. Česká republika pod mým vedením skončila neporažena v oficiálních zápasech. Měli jsme smolné zápasy, ale také zápasy, ve kterých to nebylo ono a to přiznávám. V první polovině sezony to byla hlavně velká zkušenost na poli reprezentace. V posledních zápasech jsem do toho dal vše, aby Česká republika byla považována za silný národní tým. Přesvědčivě jsme vyhráli s Francií (do té doby neporažena) a po změně taktiky na 443 jsme vyhráli i s Dánskem. Poslední zápas jsme sehráli s Polskem, kde jsme sice prohráli, ale v druhém poločase jsme byli lepší a tým Polska jasně přehrávali. Věřím, že si Česká republika může vést v nadcházejícím MS dobře. jsme schopní nastoupit s taktikami:

- 532(křídlo hrající z pole)
-532(křídlo na útočné pozici)
-523(1 útočník nahrazen midem)
-433(midi široko od sebe)
-433(midi blíže u sebe)
-442(3 střední midi, 1 křídlo)
-442(2 střední midi, 1 křídlo, 1 vysoké křídlo)
-451 (zasunutá obrana)-první poločas proti Polsku
-451 (ofenzivnější) -druhý poločas proti Polsku

Co se týká hráčů, mnoho z nich jsem updatoval a sehnal jejich skilly, což bylo časově náročné. To pomohlo znovuobjevit hráče jako Teplý a Grošek, kteří nebyli využívání.

V mém klubu jsem obhájil titul v polské první lize a skončil třetí v Lize mistrů. Nyní se mohu víc soustředit jen na reprezentaci.

Hned je to hezčí. Od teď doufám, že bude všechno v češtině pro méně vzdělané Čechy.

Za tu druhou půlku a herní zlepšení si to u mě zasloužíš. Herně to bylo ok, škoda jen, že ti někdo nepomáhá se scoutingem, protože na hodně hráčů přicházíš později, o to je na druhou stranu obdivuhodnější snaha, že v tom jedeš sám.
Připojuješ se i k hledání talentů na trhu, tady taky palec nahoru. Pokud bys byl zvolený, budeme mít jako komunita aspoň na konci šanci (pře)hodnotit jak jsme na tom se zahraničními kouči a jak říkám herně je to ok, takže proč ne..

Přeju GL a hlavně nohy na zemi, proti silnějším soupeřům naše vytažená obrana nestíhá - to je u hodně našich koučů praxí ověřený fakt, tak na to potencionálně mysli :)

Firstly, are you sure that a manager with weak team can't be a good tactician? After all, mison has some experience (U21 Czech or NT Shqiperia).

Junior team games are different. Mision is in sokker for 10 years and he was never even in 2nd league. Of course manager can play with low skilled team but still he needs to show some improvements during some period of time.

Yes he was in u21 but said himself that he had a lot of bad results. Also he asked ostulc to help him with tactic so he doesnt feel strong tactically I suppose.

The question is? What is his offer for your Nt? Or maybe he starts only to interrupt my work? ( well..didnt he say that he doesnt feel happy to be in ele tion now?:p)

He was quite young when he started playing sokker. And he is showing some improvement, believe it or not. ;)

Well, it is very unfortunate to participate in elections just before World Cup if you do not have tons of experience. Therefore I am glad that he at least asked ostulc for help. Better than if he was alone. But it would be probably better for him to try Slovakia U21 and experience the whole NT cycle in a strong country.

Now the questions that will be more or less the same for both of you:

1) What qualities do you consider necessary for a good NT coach? What are your strengths and weaknesses in this regard?
