You play always the same. It is very easy for your opponent.
If you are right they would do something much more. Serbija already had backs pretty empty and sitting already all 2nd half on their pitch and making more chances and where is their easy work?:). They won but with only 2 good strikes during the whole match. I would not say that they have easy with me or anybody else;). Skvor was already making a lot problems even in 1st half when you said that serbija were much better;))))

Nepruď. Já se ho docela zastával ,ale teď už jsem docela zklamanej :C.
we will see what future brings:). I am also invest my time so in case of losing matches in unfair way ( whats its quite obvious) I wont have any more motivation . I have my own more important things in real life. Time ago I was also suprised why petrides couldnt do anything more with 2nd best team in the world. But this game is cruel very often in last seasons:)

A teď vážně: Je ještě někdo, kdo si myslí, že to je náhoda, anebo je tohle zkrátka ten nejmizernější NT kouč, jak pravím už od začátku... ?
Asi ne.., trochu tomu chybí ta lehčí hysterie, kterou tady pravidleně prožíváme s každým novým českým NT koučem ohledně síly týmu a důvěru ve vlastní taktiku a "spousty" práce s databází v prvních týdnech, než se věci ustálí. Adameczek má evidentně zkušenosti a..
- hraje solidní taktiky bez průměrných chyb
- výběr hráčů se opět posunuje smysluplně vpřed (naposled Din0)
- bez keců a famfár byl provedený update databáze, která byla 12-20 měsíců nezpracovávaná
- výsledky sice nejsou ono, ale beru to tak, že se potřebuje seznámit s tím, co hráči umí. Při zápasech vidím, že by chtěl po hráčích něco na co těsně nemají skily. To je ale otázka vyladění.
..jako má jako všichni nějaké chyby a na 99% to nebude ON, náš taťka šmoula na věky, ale..
jestli je něco mizerné, tak je to vaše část na foru. (ze začátku Lif, Wal furt, a někdy jsem taky nepochopil ostulce) Myslím, že se zatím ještě nestalo, aby tady byla tak silná negativní vlna na kohokoliv založená na (pro mě) nepodstatných věcech - jako že je polák, následovaná hledáním malicherností, abyste si váš názor mohli ospravedlnit.
Polák se omluvil, je řada na vás. Pokud se omluvit nechcete, tak si zachovejte aspoň nějakou úroveň a furt tu neplačte, neprovokujte a nehledejte chyby, protože tím stejně v příštích 14 týdnech na pozici NT kouče nezměníte nic. A taky mě nebaví po týdnu prolítávat 200 příspěvků nevztahující se k hráčům, taktice nebo starosti o NT squad. thx
p.s. ..jako chápu, že se vám snažím zkazit zábavu, ale s takovou srandou jděte někam :)

regarding saturday match.
I liked our defense, comparing your 1st match and last one I think you tuned it up pretty well as for players on pitch and also for their efectivity in the match.
Midfield se(le)ction is also moving forward, but personaly I like to see Čekanka in starting lineup. He was/is one of our A+ player regarding sum skill and skill distribution. You are a bit in disadvantage since there is not too many central mids with 15+ playmaking and/or technique - which I found necessary for optimal perfomance on top level.
The biggest reserve currently is in our attack. As we could not win previous matches due to unability of you strikers make splash, I would focus on finding some stability there. I made some analysis for me of our strikers, but I do not want to go too deep so.. (edit: ok I needed to do it again :))
I did not like Doškář because of team work. Because of this detail and since he doesn't have any special ability on pitch, by he is nore bench player for me.
Boubelík is kinda ok, I'm not too much fond of him, since he lacks explosiveness, but he can create gap situations in opponent defense. Unfortunately both players lack good start on ball and ability to win one on one situations. This was the main reason we did not score, we lost too much 1on1 situations in attack. Even this he is one of our best strikers, at least on papers (ok, I am bit biased towrds him since I have not seen him utilized efectively in NT match)
Coufal do not have secondaries, but he is quickfoot, has good start on ball and can win 1on1. Unfortunately he is very bad at scoring penalty shots, so do not give him the opprotunity. Not joking, it is proven since U21 :) At least good substitute player.
I like Plicka, he has a bit wierd playstyle and sometimes loses too much balls 1on1 (U21 experience), but give him opportunity to disrupt opponent defs and he will flourish. Good with 3 strikers or 2nd striker close to him. Also good substitute player.
Hulvert is good by skills, but his playstyle is a bit wierd to me. I did not utilize him enough in my U21 run, so I am not sure. He is definitely good at disrupting, he is ok in headers although not dominant as you migh expect due to his height. He has ok start on ball and has good stability on ball, but is far from dominant when he should manage long kick from your def/mids and/or recieve pass and defs arein position. He probably need good playmaking striker or offmid with him. Měkota or Vrtocha might be the guys.. (well Vrtocha on TL currently)
Krbický is ok despite not ideal skills, he can make rushes and he is not slow on ball if I remember correctly. But even I play against him in my league, I do not remember him too well :) LaBamba can give you more thoughts about his play.
Vdolek is one of few who have solid secondaries, I would give him a try, I do not have his playstyle scouted.
Michlena, do not know him, might be worth a try since he has good form.
Pavelko is stabile a bit slow start on ball, I was many times biased towards him but he usualy surprised me with good performance. might be worth a try as substitute with his form.
I am also looking forward to see Suttner as he gain teamwork after the trade.
Others, low form, too young
Šichtař, Ježek, Hrbáč - proven strikers, no problems with their playstyle or performance.
Holomec, Protivanský, do not know them at all.
Škréta, U21 memories - a bit fragile due to low BMI, but he was ok shooting % striker.
Teplý who I liked very much for his playstyle and his % in scoring, is like 1-2 months off due to injury, which is sad because he is for me one of our best strikers currently.
young ones Bednář, Augustin, Furch, Skočdopol, with good form I would give them a chance.
In current situation I would start with

I would definitely like to see 2 att subs during matches for more fresh water, since -lets face it- our strikers are not worlds top :)

(on ball stability, solid 1on1, maintaining high level performance after 60' of play) I would safely play them with form 16+
Boubelík, Hulvert, Vdolek, Teplý. Šichtař, Ježek, Hrbáč, Rousek (if they meet criteria 17+ pace, tech)
Doškář with 17+ form, substitution 18 form

In case of lifaen I dont know why he is still messing. Even If I decide not to join election once again he will not be choosen beacuse of his behaviour and lack of any constructive opinions about tactic and things considering NT. Probably the last person to be choosen. And still this level of hate..waste of time to write more

Cekanka is pretty good. Agreed. But I put pressure on defensive role of my midfielders and his defense is not that big..kugler and petruzalek are much better in that matter. But I will find probably other role for him. He is still very good considering rest of the skills.

I am still waiting for hulvert. Despite his "no dynamic" style he still posses good skills for att. I remember that he was very hard to stop and his long strikes were pretty deadly. He needs time to get to the higher form...I am patient.
I know kbicky but his striking is not the highest and we already have many problems with efficiency.
To be honest best choice already are boubelik, doskar, plicka, suttner, coufal so what you already wrote me;)
thats a tragedy that teply got injured..he will be back but his level of form can not be the same..
also shame that many other top atts are out of NT because of form
2 att subs is probably the best advice I got . I have already put coufal for the last minutes and fresh blood is crucial right now. But its kind of a risk..because if any att get injured there will no one to replace him;)
I will observe other young striker. We are going to play u25/u27 matches so its a big help for me

We already play 3 different tactics. 1 with high wing and def line taht was moved back in particular segments of the pitch. tactic with the lower wing supporting mids ( that for straight balls to atts) and 5-2-3 which is more for 3 atts but Ceska doesnt have good att with super secondaries. Oh maybe there is Litovel with brilliant striking but pace/tech can be better:(. So for now mid Jurinek was placed here and to be honest it worked pretty good:)
and yes. There is still room for other ideas. I need to admit that 5defs is my main reason of choice. Many managaers use to change tactics during the match..many use wings and then its hard to defend with my style.

What about Dan Bonk? Any experience with him? If he had higher form, he would be our best U27 striker.

K tvým bodům mám jednu nerejpavou otázku, ale čistě faktickou (rejpavá by šla na všechny). Beru to tak, že se potřebuje seznámit s tím, co hráči umí. - To on podle jako neví? Neví, na jaký jsou úrovni hráči, co hrají v repre, kde mají hráči cca stejný skilly, jako u něj v týmu? (ber to jako jednu otázku, míří všechny stejným směrem)
Doufám, že zas na to nezareaguje tatík šmoulík, protože jak můžeš vidět, z celého tvého obsáhlého postu si vybral jen to, aby mohl urážet druhé :-))))

Srbsko rozhodně není slabý soupeř, patří k top reprezentacím a hráče mají lepší jak my ;)
V přáteláku by se měli testovat hráči a taktiky. Prohrát je špatné ,ale hlavy za to sekat je hloupost. Rozhodující zápasy příjdou. A pokud je nezvládne , hlavy padat budou.
