Well. I think its like it should be. We have a tradition in Poland that someone who qualifies then should continue with next season. Thats why most of top users dont start before world cup when there is already a coach. But we are all different yes?:))

All that lower position of mids is only for creating more space to pass ball to wings. When there are outs I want number 6 pass to number 2 and then in line to other wing. On the other hand I feel more safe when def/mids are closer to defs. Its a habit from ekstraklasa I suppose. I know when there are strong atts sometimes defs can do nothing (offensive game is more promoted in this game) so if def/mids are enough close they could help them. But in case of wekaer teams you are probably right:) ( its also better I think to lower a little bit when opponent play very big pressing)

Second is, Grosek position should be sweeper sweeper/vanguard before our defense. I do not want him to be too deep - let it be center mid rather then def mid if you like, but when oponent counterattacks from their possition ohe should be always around center mid/defmid to start complicate things in order to help our defense. Again distance from our defense is the key factor. Look at the match, our defense is too often overhelmed by by 3-4 oponent players, our luck is only that our defs outskilled them. Running-forward defense is strong, but can be fragile if oponent can couter it, this should help to be more effective.


I will think more deep positon of grosek when my opponent will play with wing . Then def/mid has to be on time to support defs. In this match it was not neccesary to do this.

You have proven more than enough to me that you deserve not to have your mission interrupted. And unlike in the Ostulc's case I 100 % feel you're ready to give it not the fair amount, but that extra amount of attention that is needed. Plus you're brave enough to be open and self-confident.

Ahoj everyone

I am going out today so sorry I cant write more about match in saturday with Wenezuela. I spent some time to make some changes for this match. I am pretty curious how its going to look like. Wenezuela is a solid team so its not going to be easy ,thats for sure. But we are going there for a win and ranking points. After a long time off NT Hulvert is finally back:)

Today 2-1 with a team from our group Venezeula

I think it was easy game for Czech Republic but of course in sokker things can be different when 2 teams meet each other once again but I Believe we can defeat Venezuela once again. I only hope that our strikers will do a lot better..hard to see when they constantly waste clear occasions..;/


2nd team Bulgaria


Very good team that I know pretty well. They are silver medalist from the last WC. I know their owner pretty well..he is my friend and I know Bulgaria probably like I know Czech Republic. I was studied their players time ago. I would say we are at similar player levels so this match its going to be a nice challenge.


3nd team Hellas


9th team in ranking. Their coach do a lot of good work with NT. Their style is always hard to deal with. 5 defs pretty high . Anyway I have some good thoughts about Hellas and future match with them but I will write about it just before match in Czech Republic association.
