on other hand firs shot goal second shot free kick goal why the hell we play this stupid game

So i decided to give my self from NT and partially from sokker for a while. Ale is a friend of mine and i would say i learned a lot during seasons form him. I think his 3 World Cup titles talk more than anything and i believe he will do what is need those 3 titles to become 4 with Tzech team. I will help him as much i can and still will be around so if you were planed to vote for me pls vote for ale!

2 more games under my command first one is with the "black cat" for me on World Cups Romania and second one is a possible game against Bulgaria. I always avoid that game but its possible to be my farewell here. I will do my best but limit time i have lately for sokker affects my performance and im not happy this way so its time for fresh ideas :)

Hope you guys are satisfied with my performance i always tried to give training order to best young stars and use best players in important games and i will still keep fixing the NTDB when need (with ostulc). Probably did lots of mistakes as well.
Ortwin buddy thanks a lot for you help and amazing work on the scouting and please do that with the new NT ( i hope it will be ale )

no matter who will be elected i suggest all candidates to continue work for community i have lots of friends here saw a lot dedicated users and is bit sad to leave, but i have a lot of personal problems to deal with :(

@Jags that is your right! My community in Bulgaria did not accepted well @ale ! To b honest there were users im ashamed with still.. That was huge mistake according to me and is one of the reasons i do not lead Bulgaria for now ...
I know communication is super important but ale is a legend according to me my best tactics are based on his ideas and he has something really important vs me he is calm and patient something really important to approach key games. I recommend him when he asked me what are my plans for this season i was still not sure i will quite but having him as replacements makes me calm the team will be in good and most important responsible person.

i see the topic for tactics is mention in another Vaclav thread. Sharing all my tactics with next NT will not be possible. i still have problems playing against my tactics in our top division its hard to beat my own tactics :( . I think its personal choice with whom you share them so i will leave all tactis that were created by ostulc and maybe will leave one or two from mines (Since 1 game will be most important next season) but right now there are 59 tactcis versions in the account and will keep the right to not share all of them.
Hope all you guys will understand. There are tools for transferring tactics if new NT needs some knowledge
how to transfer his own tactics i will be glad to help.

I hope all the efforts will not go for nothing.. Guys its an NT team there is no place for experiments when it came up to Bulgarian Nt team i very often vote against some of my friends if i see better opportunity for the team.
When first i took control over Tzech team it was outside top 16 i hope and i expect from next NT to keep it in top 3 where its nowt. Its not easy to win WC we had some good opportunities and 2 bronze medals but our/your aim always should be World Cup.
I do not go in deep details of all candidates tactical abilities but that should be the one that matters mostly!

win against Romania as farewell luck that we needed on world cup came today ... 10men after 60m and whole second half i guess i have to regret i did not used second tactic with changes i did on the importnat game this season.

No game against Bulgaria so last match against Schweiz

1. Česká republika 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
2. Slovensko 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
3. Lietuva 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
4. Kypros 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
5. Severna Makedonija 0 0 0 0 0-0 0

First game will be against Slovensko Lietuva is also not an easy opponent there is no strong 4th team
witch is good and bad so all will be decided in game 1 and 2 and at the end of the season
i will suggest candidates to start prepare for game 1 against Slovensko!!!
In all campaigns so far we always win the qualification group so that will be the target.

there will be not much friendlies due we are in group of seven and one of them is forced to be with the top team with other group of 7 so let me know who wants to organize the friendlies and what are preferences you like.

I have never liked groups with 7 teams.
I also prefer to make more important friendlies during the qualifying season.
But this is a fairly easy group as you say too and we immediately had the 2 decisive games to win it.

one important will have for sure Italy :) they are other group with 7
