About the game I still think choices for tactics were good but the 2 mistakes I did in condition and subs were crucial. We lost with penalty in 2m but even winning we would play third place cause I misguided in the forum coach of Greece to play U27 for Wich I apologized ...
Anyways I cannot continue without scouts and @Ortwin valuable help for line up validation so that's why I quit ...

Last game is with Hungry with the new coach if anyone needs specific orders to his player can write me on pm as usual I take it in consideration.

i was giving a lot of advises on pvt messages for training i think that is supper important but i was not always listened

example how such great players are train with bad plan :(
the 18 level takes a lot of time but the player should not be maxed at such age on main skills :(
for the time 2 main skills were maxed player could gain a lot of secondary skills and still improve main skills with general training
also maxed players on any skills are pain in team training planing ... so either sell or not train is solution

the new training that we waiting so much will give us some freedom but still is a waste ..

lol, just randomly checked the forum and i see i'm an enemy of the state :D so, i looked in my mailbox, and you've seemingly never even suggested a training change to me. you did mail me about ševela and said only "i need defs, so he might come in handy". now i check one page back and you're blaming another manager there. lol lol lol. i'm not active on forums and i'm not there to start a flame war. i respect the fact you're probably one of those mohicans who still take this game 101% seriously, investing a lot of free time and effort, so you get upset about the rest of us here and there. but come on, this is not the way to communicate and it really takes the fun away for the regulars like me. the respect has to be mutual. personally, i just prefer to get players to 2x18 and to sell them, always insisting on finding a strong bidder and selling the player with an intention to continue his training, not to profit as much as possible. someone else might leave their players at 16/17 and wait/hope for the rpp's or sell them at that point. someone else "only" puts shitload of money into training and sells fully for-profit. it's individual and it's also a matter of time investment. for me, it's 10 mins a week sometimes, this way i don't feel like wasting my life online, so i keep it as simple as possible.... in conclusion, i really don't have a clue about the details of what you do as a manager and i definitely do not want to come across as judging you as a person, but i have had this feeling multiple times already and this time i guess i want to say it out loud for once: please, relax a bit and let us enjoy the game. you might make more people quit if you bomb us with guidance/wiseness than you'll get slightly better 29yo players... (most likely, i won't check on this forum in another half an year, so sorry i'll leave it there without further discussion, but again, i don't want to get that invested into the game, i'm just willing to defend my/"our" peaceful, quiet 10-mins-a-week gaming.. :) )

Well that's the difference between me and you I Invest a lot in the game and such players are treasure for NT . Of course it's you right to look for profit I'm just saying that defs with secondary skills perform way more better I do not know the skills of our opponent today but only 2 of the 5 defs I used one with mid orders have NT level secondaries . I chose to press and not stay back and result is more than bad...
So you can allow me since I invest way than more of 10m per day to be frustrated cause I care that the future of the team is not so bright.
Only good line at the moment generation had is att I played with mid with 8 form he is a beast for his age he do ratings but he performed bad ::(
