Jivina is top player i prefer player out of form than player with no skills and as you see he played only 15m .. If i saw your player probably i would use him i do not think is big deal and also giving some min can change his form who knows that was my intention

I am member of czech community, your are a coach of czech NT team. You did stupid thing and I said my opinion on this. It is not normal to post our players on forum. It is big fail.

Jde o princip. Kdyby to byla aspoň asociace, ale podle těch skillů jde přizpůsobit protitaktika. Pomalejší att, vysunu obranu apod... To že tím může naštvat některé manažery trénující naše hráče nemluvě.

and as i see that topic is public than there is nothing wrong in my actions .. and showing them was as part of explanation why i did not used Kukla. How we can define who is right or wrong choice if we do not know the skills...

every game i ask if anyone wants his player to play and if thats possible i do it so i explained my reasons do not think more explanation is needed.

PS: Milý čeští manažeři náš repre trenér nemá vůbec žádné cítení k zemí kterou zastupuje a nemá problém vynášet informace o hráčích komukoliv i na forum, kam může skaut, kterékoliv cizí repre. Doufám, že to při příštích volbách vezmeme společně na vědomí, protože takové chování může naši repre poškodit na mnoho let dopředu. Pokud tak neučiníme, můžeme databázi zrušit a rovnou to házet tady někde na fóru. Ať se každý soupeř pokochá a vytvoří protitaktiku.

Asociace vždy byla a je zaheslovaná z důležitých důvodu. Pro mnohé hráče jsou to citlivá data a je tedy otázka, zda máme tu mít někoho, kdo nemá problém takto poškozovat naši repre a naše manažery.

I think it is OK to show some skills to explain your steps but now you can delete them. It is sort of unwritten rule taht NT coach dont post such an information. It is different story if an owner of any player do that. ;)
