Goal of ale is winning world cup if possible in 4 seasons cycle max! I think this is achievable.
I think when personal goal of superb candidate matches the goal of NT there is no point of discussions for me he is an obvious choice. just check his NT carrier 3 world cups guys!!!!!
check hits tactics when he is an NT amazing things and ideas that i used during the years.
Is the language a problem? Was not much for me is an issue but with help of few users that could be compensated.
In my experience one of main issues was that key players or some promising players were not trained well
and im sure he will be glad to give advises on that.

a mohl bys mi doporučit nějaké tvé zápasy buď s repre nebo s klubem (rating aspoň 70), abych se mohl podívat na tvé taktiky?

for me ale worked hard when he was with bulgaria unfortunately draw was bad for us and he lost from Poland on 1/8

Theodor Fernet is already a good NT level player he will play key role in qualifications and world cup. Will be great if he improves secondaries this season so if needed i will give him mid orders in a lot easy games that we will have during the qualifiers i will be glad to help.

Vojtěch Kasař is best 23 def as i see in NTDB so defiantly would help in his development .

Any coach that wants a specific training orders can contact me and if game and opponent allows it will try to do best for the player
