Subject: [u21] Germanek

My name is Thomas and I am 38 years old and I am living in Poland. I have two children a daughter 6 yo and a son 8 months old. I am a Project Launch Manager and I work in a company which is manufacturing windshields for premium brands for example Audi Q8, Lamborghini Urus, Mercedes EQE, etc.

I have played sokker since 2006 and now it is my second account since 2008.

The biggest achievement in my club are second and third place in second league in Poland (the pictures below). I have tried to achieve the success and played in main division in Poland, because I but I lost all money from my budget and I decided to focus on Ireland u21 to play in the future on WC.

I have been Ireland u21 coach since 2020.
I started my journal with basics, so first I checked how many actives users had Ireland. I counted nine users, so I started discussion with them and asked to open junior schools, because I needed players whose I could play.
I have started very close cooperation with NT coach and together with him and Irish community I have started to build Ireland u21 team. I set the goal for me to play Ireland u21 on Word Cup and step by step I tried to do it.

I needed five WCQ and three years to achieve my goal !!! :)

Last time Ireland played on WC in 2017. It is my small success, because I made a lot of efforts to do it. I achieved 4 place in the group and I also leveled the best result since Ireland has played on WC. During group I played with Portugal, Argentina and România. Both first matches I lost 1-0, but I could make surprise and to achieve at least draw, but the engine didn't help me. Last match I played u20 vs u20 of România and I lost 6-0. I am taking care fully responsibility for this match. I made wrong decision and instead of play defensively I decided to play open game.

I would like to achieve medal on World Cup with Czech Republic u21, it is hard to say when it will be possible but maybe during next three years I will do it :) !!!

I would like to also improve communication on forum, because it will be great if we will exchange our experience :)

I would like to also prepare the next generation of the players whose will help NT to achieve gold medal on WC :) !!!

Germanek projevil zájem o trénování naší U21 už před dvěma měsíci. Odpověděl jsem, že já už kandidovat nebudu, že si cením toho, jak dlouhodobě pracoval s irskou jednadvacítkou a pokud v tom bude pokračovat i s naší reprezentací, tak má ve volbách moji podporu. Takže tímto mu dávám svůj hlas.

Germanek did a great job in Ireland, the national team from 80th place in the ranking, he introduced it to the top 45, thanks to this he has great tactical knowledge, he will definitely work as a coach of your national team :)
