Thank you very much All of You. We achieved medal during this World Cup !!! You know skills our players and like I said at the begining I was afraid that we we will not achieve promotion to the cup phase, but after today match we are in the semifinal and we have still chance to play in the final match.
I would like to thank Jurro (Greece) becasue this team played very good match. After fist shoot our striker Hanka I thought that we will loose the match later Grecce scored the goal and I thought that sokker engine will not help us today. I think in the fist half of match Greece was better. We couldn't stop O. Fournarakis but in the second half of match our Killer V. Mardoša scored two goals and at the end of match also Strohschneider socred last goal in the match and we WON !!!
I am glad that you are supporting me and also that you are interesting results of our matches u21. This medal belongs to you beacuse you are training Czech Republic players and I think in the future our NT can achieve also medals during next World Cups. I would like to be still part of your team I can't promise that I will achieve better results, but I will be still training your players and listen your remarks and if you will decide that I should leave the postion of u21 coach please inform me.
Now I think that you will give me chance to be a coach u21 during next season :)

Dostali jsme lekci z produktivity, takže výsledek vypadá hůř než průběh zápasu. Ale nepřekvapuje mě to, Španělsko má neskutečně nabouchanej ročník (na rozdíl od toho našeho spíše slabšího) a po vyřazení Rumunska a Polska jsou pro mě jasní favoriti. Děkuji ti, za vedení repre během MS, bronzovou medaili považuji jednoznačně za uspěch

Gratulace k celkovému umístění.

Kvalita kádru asi nedovolovala šanci na lepší umístění.

Španělsku nastoupili tři útočníci s hodnotou vyšší 20M.
U nás nejlepší Mardoša cca 16M
(Nechápu nasazení 20leteho útočníka s hodnotou 12M - Mardoša nemá kondici???)

Zklamání pro mě bylo nastavení obrany..
jediné vysvětlení mě napadá pokus hrát na ofsajdy, ale brutálně tedy nevyšel..
Celý zapas chodili osamocení Španělé na naši branku.
Byli tam momenty kdy jejich útok se pohyboval směrem k naši bráně, a obrana se pohybovala směrem dopředu, od balonu..
buď měl engine svůj den, nebo fakt neco špatně v nastavení….

Myšleno tak, ze obrana nebyla mezi bránou a balónem , ale byla až za balónem a ještě se pohybovala směrem dopředu, dále od brány a od balonu…

Tohle bylo moc divny, to jsem ještě neviděl tady při zápasech..

I am apologise for today match. I have finished to watch it because I am visiting my parents. I am fully responsibility for this result and I don't know what I should say. Spain was better. Our the best player Radosta could not stop Spain strikers. I knew that the match will be very difficult but I didn't think that we lost 5 goals. I am angry. We achieved medal but I thought that we have chance to be in the final...
Thank you very much for your advices and support during whole tournament. I would like to still be part of your community during next season, but you will decide about it during the election.

you don't have to apologize. you've been honest about it all season. the match against Spain was either or. they were a much bigger favorite, the quality of the squad is many times on their side. Just try to look at that defense, why she behaved like that.
Radosta had a hard time when they came at him on the run, when he caught it (hit it) the Spaniard again reflected it into the empty space, but our defense was simply not there..

personally, I probably wouldn't use Sádlo - it looks strange to me in terms of gameplay, it didn't convince me. and I also wouldn't use the 20-year-old in the attack.

Thank you All of You for nice words I still have motivation to achieve better results. I would like to try one more time to achieve silver or gold medal for Czech Republic. I you are training young players and we need to focus to prepare current generation. U19 to the next World Cup. I think that we have players u20 who can help us achieve promotion to the next World Cup.
And I will watch again our match against Spain to check what happened in our defence. I need to compare visualisation with our tactic and see if everything was correct. Today Spain was better next time maybe we will be :-)

I have checked that last medal we achieved in 2021-06-19 so the result is ok. The current bronze medal belongs to You 2024-02-10 :-)

to prepare the current 19-year-old generation - more communication with the owners if they could train the necessary skills, including fitness.. now fitness was a big handicap for some players.

You are right. I will collect the best players and start communication to coaches. Let's try to achieve better result during next World Cup !!!
