Win against France and Hellas has been brilliant, but other matches.... Well .. I wouldn't say that you shocked me with your tactical skills (speaking about last season)

You are right my results are poor and I am fully agree that I am not playing very good football. I will try to change it but next match I will play against Norway only u20, so we will see what happened.
If my matches during WCQ will not satisfied community in Czech Republic I will leave u21.
I would like to thank you for you criticism it is also important to me to know what kind of expectation you have.

Before start WCQ we played match against Norge. We played match u20, so the players how will play during next World Cup. I think that we played the good match and scored three goals. I hope that our players will improve the skills and during WC we will have very good players.

Dear All,

Last season was very difficult for me. Two season ago we achieved bronze medal during World Cup. Current season we need to fight till end of Word Cup Qualification to achieve promotion to again play on World Cup next season.

I would like to try to achieve better result during next season and I would like to ask to give me last chance during the election.

I don't know if our players u21 are enough to achieve gold medal but I believe that we can achieve promotion to Cup phase of Word Cup and try to finish at least in the semifinal.

I would like to thank you very much for last 5 seasons but I would like to also inform You that if you give me chance to play on World Cup it will be my last season as u21 coach of Czech Republic team I think that during next World Cup Qualification you need to have new coach who can still improve Czech Republic!!!

I want to still support You so during next WCQ I should prepare for a new coach two defenders and GK for World Cup who could help u21. :-)
