Subject: Quo Vadis NT Deutschland?

Auch Nationaltrainer haben ein Privatleben und so musste hallenser dem Nationalstab mitteilen, dass er aus beruflichen Gründen nicht mehr bereit steht für eine weitere Amtszeit. Wir wünschen ihm von hier aus viel Erfolg mit der neuen beruflichen Herausforderung die er angenommen hat!
Deutschland ist qualifiziert für die WM, das Team ist heiß und auf allen Positionen gut aufgestellt. Es kann viel erreicht werden!

Das bedeutet für das Nationalteam:
ab sofort wird ein Trainer gesucht, der das Gesamtpaket mitbringt.
Taktisch versiert, erfahren bei der Aufstellung der richtigen Spieler, bereit für eine positive und freundliche Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.
Die Wahlen beginnen am 10. Oktober, jeder den die Position reizt kann sich also noch in aller Ruhe Gedanken zur Wahlrede machen.

Zur Seite stehen dem zukünftigen Nationaltrainer langjährige und erfahrene Scouts, taktisch versierte Manager im NT-Verband die gerne mit Tipps und Tricks zur Seite stehen und ein großartiges Presseteam.

Da fehlt die Option: Wo er herkommt ist mir egal, Hautsache motiviert und kompetent...

Aber du stehst doch zur Wahl, oder... ;-)

Ich erfülle die von mir genannten Kriterien nicht. Bin taktisch weder kompetent genug für den NT-Posten, noch dürfte ich die benötigte Freizeit aufbringen können, die mit Sicherheit nötig ist, um uns ernsthaft in Richtung Titel führen zu können.

Hello Everybody. As far as I know the current NT Coach doesn't have enough time to further run the NT. And I recieved an offer to candidate in Germany. Well I must say this is a "dream come true" situation for me, because Germany is one of my favorite national teams and it's my dream to take charge of this NT.

At the moment I am the NTC of Israel, that finished on top of its group with 9 wins and 1 draw(unfortunately). During the World Cup draw, Israel stays in Pot 1, while Germany is in Pot 4. So far the hebrew community is satisfied with my performances, and I'm not that keen on leaving this NT at this point, but if I somehow get a positive response from the german community regarding the next season's elections for the World Cup, I will happily candidate in Deutschland.

In case any of you consider my candidacy good enough for your NT, I will try to make a poll whenever to see if I get the majority support of your community so I can SURELY take charge of Germany. In any other case I will finish my work with Israel and then, at the new WCQ cycle I will candidate in Germany in hope to fulfill my dream and show that you didn't make the wrong decision as I proven to russian and israeli community.

Ice-T ist noch bekannt aus der mittlerweile vorletzten WM-Quali und großartigen Spielen von Russland bei der letzten WM. Aus der israelischen Mannschaft hat er mehr herausgeholt als man für möglich halten durfte. Ich unterstütze seine Kandidatur, wenn sich nicht einer der wenigen ihm ebenbürtigen deutschen Manager erbarmt und uns endlich den Pott holt.

Bisher wird eher jemand aus Deutschland präferiert.

Naja, eher nicht bei 2 Stimmen Differenz. Ich habe z.B. nicht gewählt, weil es "meine" Option nicht gab...

Sind mehr als 2 Stimmen Differenz, die Prozentzahlen aus Collunders Posting beziehen sich jeweils auf die Zeile darüber.

Für einen aus Deutschland sind immerhin 36 Leute von 49.

Wir schauen uns schon um noch einen guten Kandidaten zu finden.
Zur Zeit sehe ich Ice-T als eine sehr gute Option. Nur will ich nicht, dass er den Trainerposten in Israel aufgibt und dann bei uns nicht gewinnt. Das wäre für ihn sehr ärgerlich.
Deswegen findet sich vielleicht noch einer aus Deutschland für die eine Saison und danach kann Ice-T antreten. Wenn er sich vorher im Forum beteiligt und er ein paar Unterstützer findet, denke ich hat er dann gute Chancen.

About the voting. I sorry for interfering but I was too curious to see the results of the poll so I voted for the second option.

I thank you for the support shown, but in case there won't be much support for me this season, I'll finish the Israel "road to World Cup" quest, than I will candidate again in Germany.

If some users may have concerns about communications well, feel free to post in german, I will just reply in english, cause i can't make a correct response in german.

I think Ice-T would be a good choice for us and it would be a new expierence for the German Sokker community as well. Your replies in english should be ok for the majority of the German sokker user. In any case, we would find some people which could translate your posts into German. Goggle translater works also quite well ;) Therefore, the communication shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you for the support shown. For instance I won't use the translator for me it shows no respect for the others. Either I'll try to write by myself(from what I've learned) or I'll ask a german user to help me translate the messages, somekind of PR manager :)

Google translater is awful :)
I like the idea how the national team works with a manager who isn't from Germany. So if there is not a solid german alternative I will vote for Ice-T.
