Hallo!
Wie ihr schon vor der letzten Saison mitbekommen habt, bin ich an der Position als Trainer der deutschen Nationalmannschaft interessiert. Deswegen habe ich beschlossen, mich auf diesen Posten zu bewerben. Manchen von euch bin ich schon bekannt, manchen aber nicht und daher werde ich euch in meiner Kandidatenrede detailliert über die Person informieren, die hinter dem Nick „Ice-T“ steht:
Ich heiße Silvano (was ein italienischer Name ist). Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere am Internationalen Managementinstitut in Kischinau, die Verbindungen zu holländischen, französischen, italienischen und griechischen Universitäten hat. Schwerpunktmäßig studiere ich Business und Verwaltung und bin aktuell in meinem letzten Jahr vor dem Bachelor-Abschluss.
Sokker spiele ich seit dem 10.08.2006, habe viel Zeit mit Sokker verbracht und kenne das Spiel sehr gut (die Tutorenarbeit bestätigt dies). Derzeit beende ich das Coaching der israelischen Nationalmannschaft.
Und noch eine kurze Vorstellung meiner Erfolge als NT-Trainer bislang:
Die erste Station war Russland, dessen NT ich für drei Saisons betreute. In der ersten Saison habe ich bei der Mini-Weltmeisterschaft teilgenommen und bin erst im Halbfinale sehr unglücklich ausgeschieden. In der zweiten Saison begann die Weltmeisterschaftsqualifikation, an die sich noch viele von euch erinnern werden: Deutschland war in eine Gruppe mit Russland und Frankreich gelost. Ihr erinnert euch bestimmt an das Spiel Rossyia 2-2 Deutschland, das die erste wirklich harte Bewährungsprobe gegen einen Favouriten darstellte. Das zweite Spiel Deutschland 6-3 Rossyia war das bislang unterhaltsamsten Spiel für mich und dem schlimmsten Rückschlag den ich je erleben musste (aber die 20 ersten Minuten waren die schönsten für mich). In der dritten Saison nahm Russland an der WM teil und überstand fast die Vorrunde: Nach zwei Spielen mit insgesamt drei Punkten (Sieg gegen Argentinien und Niederlage gegen Kolumbien) hätte gegen England ein Unentschieden gereicht. Aber wegen der beschränkten personellen Möglichkeiten (Form, Verletzungen) musste ich Alles oder Nichts spielen und erlebte erneut eine üble Wende in einem Spiel. Russland führte bereits 2:0, verlor aber am Ende 2:6. Aber trotzdem war das das beste Ergebnis, das Russland bis dahin überhaupt erreicht hatte: WM-Endrunde und 3 Punkte in deren Vorrunde.
Danach wurde ich Nationaltrainer in Israel, einer starken Mannschaft, aber mit ähnlich dünner Spitze an Topspielern wie Russland. Ich war also bestens vorbereitet für die Arbeit, die mich dort erwartete. Die WM-Qualifikation gewann das Team ohne Niederlage. Auch die Vorrunde bei der WM beendete Israel als Tabellenerster. Und wieder: wegen Formproblemen und Verletzungen bekam Israel - so wie Deutschland ja auch - einen Gegner aus der gleichen Vorrundengruppe und unglücklicherweise verlor Israel - so wie Deutschland - im Achtelfinale unglücklich, als Rong zwei Elfmeter halten konnte. Auch für Israel war das Erreichen des Achtelfinals die bis dahin erfolgreichste Vorstellung bei einer WM und Israel schaffte es zu der Zeit sogar bis auf Platz 7 in der Weltrangliste, was es davor auch noch nie gegeben hat. Die Saison geht mit Spielen gegen Rumänien und Schweden, also den beiden WM-Finalisten, zuende.
Um das Erreichte zusammenzufassen: drei Saisons mit Russland und einer WM-Teilnahme , zwei Saisons mit Israel und einer WM-Teilnahme. Beides war für die Teams die jeweils beste Leistung überhaupt bis dahin.
Als NT-Trainer in Deutschland würde ich eine taktische Arbeitsgruppe einrichten. Normalerweise arbeite ich allein, konsultiere aber manchmal erfahrene Manager. Deutschland hat viele Topspieler, sodass die taktischen Möglichkeiten ungleich besser sind und daher mehr Überlegungen nötig sind. Mit der Arbeitsgruppe würde ich alle passenden Taktiken für die jeweiligen Gegner diskutieren und dies in einem extra Forum. Aber im NT-Verband würde ich mich natürlich auch besprechen und beispielsweise klären, gegen wen Freundschaftsspiele ausgetragen werden sollen, mit welcher Aufstellung (U-Elf oder erste Elf) und detaillierte Informationen zur Vorbereitung mitteilen. In der taktischen Arbeitsgruppe wäre Gaudin (Champion Cup-Gewinner, zweimaliger Vize und Drittplatzierter), Rafa_Benitez (achtmaliger NT-Trainer von Moldavien), DoTheDew (Drittplatzierter im rumänischen Pokal und Manager in der höchsten rumänischen Liga 1) und loczenty (Weltmeister mit Polen und belgischer U21-Trainer). Die Liste der Teilnehmer in der Arbeitsgruppe könnte noch länger werden, dies aber nicht zwingend. Ratschläge aus dem NT-Forum werden natürlich umfassend beachtet.
Und noch eines: Ihr könnt gerne in deutsch posten, ich verstehe schon einiges.

Here in Sokker I'm present since 10 august 2006. So I've spent some time here and know the game very well( Tutor position confirms that). At the moment I'm finishing my job at Israel National Team.
Here is a short presentation of my performances as NT Coach so far:
I started at Russia, where I coached this NT for 3 seasons. In the first season participated at the MiniWorldCup, have been knocked-out in the semi-finals in a controversial way. In the second season started the WCQ, a season I guess many of you remember as Deutschland was handed a group with Russia and France. You all remember this matches: Rossyia 2-2 Deutschland, my first really tough match against a complete favorite and the second match: Deutschland 6-3 Rossyia, my most entertaining match, and the worst backbeat I’ve ever had, though the first 20 minutes were the happiest for me. In the third season Rossyia participated in the World Cup where the team almost qualified: After 2 matches with 3 points(beating Argentina and losing to Colombia), I had just to draw England, but due to bad situation of forms and injuries at that time had to play for win or lose and witnessed another backbeat: 2-6, just like the match againt Deutschland, Rossyia was winning 2-0 but lost 2-6. At the moment still the best performance for Rossyia : reaching the group stage of World Cup and having 3 points.
After that I moved to coach Israel, a strong team but with a short bench just like Rossyia, so I was prepared for the future work I have to do. Qualified the team from the first place without losing an official match. Than at the World Cup qualified from the group from first position and again with injury and serious form issues, but oddly enough, just like Deutschland I was handed the same opponent as in the group stage and unfortunately as Deutschland, Israel lost the 1/8 finals match, though controversial, when Rong took 2 penalties. So reaching the 1/8 finals remains Israel’s NT best performance so far and also reached at a time 7th position at the NT rankings, being its highest position ever. Now finishing the season against the finalists for World Cup : Romania and Sverige.
So summarizing my performances : 3 seasons with Rossyia and a World Cup participation, 2 seasons with Israel and a World Cup participation. Both with highest ever performance.
So for the Deutschland Head Coach job I intend to make a tactical staff. Usually I work alone and sometimes consulting with some experienced users. Now when Deutschland has a great bench and great players the tactical flexibility grows and stronger approach is needed. So with the staff I will discuss every kind of tactics suitable for a certain opponent, made on a specific forum, but in the national association I will also communicate with the community and ask how they want to play in friendlies, what squad they want(under, or first team), also detailed info about the preparation but a full one. In the staff will be : Gaudin-Champions Cup winner, 2 times runner-up and 3rd place; Rafa_Benitez- 8 seasons coach of Makedonija, 3 seasons coach for Moldova; DoTheDew- Romanian Cup 3rd place, playing in the highest league LIGA I,present in sokker since 2005; loczenty- World Cup winner with Polska, Belgie U21 coach. The staff list may grow, but it doesn’t seem. Also the advice and suggestion got in the association will be fully considered.
And remember: FEEL FREE TO POST IN GERMAN AS I UNDERSTAND QUITE A BIT.

vor allem will er so Noobs wie Gaudin fragen?^^ mE aber gar nicht umsetzbar, da müsste man den Leuten ja Zugang zur DB verschaffen und das kann ja nicht das Ziel sein, wenn man selber gute Leute im Verband hat!

Das mit der taktischen Arbeitsgruppe (keine Ahnung, ob die Übersetzung da so glücklich ist), ist ja nicht datenbankabhängig, da es sich ja nur um die Taktik dreht.

I see here we have some debate about the tactical staff. Well if someone understand incorrectly this term here it is a bit more detailed:
A staff created to prepare tactics exclusively for every oppnent. I will make an associaton for the staff so we can analyze the opponent, its strong points and weaknesses, discuss and prepare the tactic for a better efficiency and a greater result. It is exclusively based on the tactical field nothing else more.

I understand you. But haven't your staff members to know the players to make the tactics?
They have but not in such details as me as head coach. I need to have acces to the NTDB, but they should know only the squad. Also by the term : For this match we lack wingers, they will understand we should concentrate on making a tactic based on a non-winger formation. And there are different examples.
BUT if you think there will be somekind of leak of information I can ASSURE you that the information I give them and all the discussion will be (and is ) confidential. I made this staff because I am fully confident in those users.
P.S. Take a look at Romania. In the last seasons they made 2 great performances with U21 and ABS because they had such a staff.
