Subject: [NT] Ice-T
Thank you very much guys for giving me credit for another season. I am truly happy to continue my job here. Also I wa expecting to see more votes for HerrDerStrenge, in thereabouts like last season.
As the season is over and a new starts I'd like to make a small review on the last season.
Starting as a coach for Deutschland for the first time while the World Cup is going to be, it's really putting the pressure, though really challenging. We started with 2 experimental games with our youngsters which went really well. After this short preparation the World Cup Campaing started and the start was good. Even though there was a moment when we had a chance to be out of the tournament we managed to finish first in the group stage. In the knock-out round first opponent was great Spopo and got a minimum but quite a confident win. After that we faced a great bulgarian coach with restless fighters who got some surprize wins. In the semi-finals we faced the unexpectedly strong Schweiz who got great wins against Brazil and Polska. This match was really entertaining and strong win. The Final was very bizzare. We dominated the whole 120 minutes but oddly enough our strikeforce that was very successful in our matches, ruined all our chances.
The World Cup Campaign ended with a Silver Medal for us, but the way we lost the final makes me sick and feel that "OP couldn't deliver".
Our next match Collunder prepared his first NT match , and for a first match he had hell of an opponent: Belgium. Despite losing 1-2, he did good and I'm looking forward to see him in charge of team(either senior or under 21) in the future. Our next 2 matches were against Nederland and Romania, which were U26 and we completely demolished them and had fun in those matches. Great matches considering one was led by a world champ, other team was ex-world champ.
In the DACH-Cup our matches reminded me of the Final. Despite dominating all matches we had 2 draws and one win. So I can say we had a pretty nice performance in this Cup, though with a dose of bad luck with finishing.
The last match was against Polska was kind of Gala match for several "oldies but goldies" players.
Now as the WCQ starts, our first opponent is Czech team, strongest opponent we have in this group. Looking forward to a good start that can go for a nice winning streak.
P.S. This is the third time I am writting this post. First my Chrome crashed and had to start it again, than my PC crashed. So now I'm doing this on my netbook and I hope it won't crash when I send it :)

Okay, so today the elections start. I do not have a lot of time for speech now, 'cause I'm preparing for the NY dinner.
All I want to say is I really really want to repeat last year's performance but with a different ending. Also this is going to be my last season here as I like rotation at any NT, no matter how good or bad are the results.
In this season as expected we qualified for WC from pole position, but unfortunately the ending of our campaign was awful and I take full responsibility for it. In general it was quite a good season with good performances shown by our players and some decent results.
I hope you forgive my 3 losses(1-3 vs Poland, 0-1 vs Russia(Under vs A squad), 1-3 vs Czech rep) in this season and give a last chance to get the Golden Medal!

That would be great to see a german candidate. cause this is my last season and the NT should have a new face.
This was just an awful match. I'm shocked the way it was played... And a huge mistake in squad. Aumann and Ramelow got swapped
