hello people, in june i will visit the university of munster with my university and "know" you a little more :), ,and i wanted to ask about the highlights places i must visit (i am steel not shure if we will be in berlin), stadiums i can visit, i know that herta berlin plays in the olympic stadiums, (i must say i really like the Dortmund stadium), well and i want to buy a samsung smartphone there s3/4/note 2, someone know what are the prices of them there ?

go to www.amazon.de, the prices there are pretty much what you have to pay in a shop.

I don't fully understand.
The prices from the german amazon are only with 19% value added tax. You have to pay that in a store as well. There are some exceptions and you can get that back as a non-EU citizen, but I am pretty sure not in your case.
If you have to pay taxes for it when you have bought it in Germany and bring it back to your country depends on the laws you have over there.
