in my opinion there are really lots of things to do in Paris, lots of museum, lots of monuments !!
a disneyland parc is something really different ... i'm not 22 anymore but i use to go there with my children and it was a good trip and i use to enjoy it !!
but if you come in Paris for the first time of your life, there are so many things to see that you will have to choose what to do ...
enjoy attractions in eurodisney and enjoy visiting Le Louvre are so different things that it is a choice that you and your friend have to do by yourselves !!

I really can't understand how questions like yours have still a place here.
Aren't Internet tools powerful enough to find out by yourself every information and tips you need ?
How can you rely on user advices about what are the best things to do if they even don't know who you are and can't guess what you like and dislike ?
Nobody else but you know better what you're really expecting when visiting a country. Information is available and reachable within a few clicks, so roll up your sleeves and find out by yourself mate.
By the way, enjoy your stay in Italy and France ;)
