Snails have no taste at all, we only eat them with a hot sauce. I don't know frogs.
Most french people don't eat frogs.
There are better things to eat in France.

before when i was young, i was afraid like you....
so u have to test it first :

Simple as ABC:


• Mince the parsley, the garlic and the shallots.
• Mix the butter, the parsley, the garlic and the shallots. Season with salt and pepper.
• Add a snail in each shell, then push a small amount of butter in the shell.
• Leave to cool before cooking.
• Put on a snail dish and put into a hot oven at 7 (210°C / 410°F) for about 10 minutes.
• As soon as the butter is bubbling, remove and serve immediately.

you gave me recipe how to make a snail for dinner? [:D] Thanks mate, but there no way how could I eat them :) First I don't feel need to eat them, and 2nd, here on Slovakia is no place where you can buy snails... Only way is to collect them from your garden :D

I had the feeling to eat chewing-gum...
For me, snails are compared to Tako in Japanese cooking... strange plastic meal... :-)

Hi boys, I need help. Or advice. I'm going to Paris at summer, cca july, and I know exactly where I want to live there... Hotel Etap, I was there before, they have normal prices, and I know it there, this hotel is in Meudon, on border with Issy les Molineux. But I need reservation I guess, cause in summer there will be lots of turist. But I don't know how to reserve hotel via internet, they want something with credit card, is here some way how to book a room except paying via internet before?

For eating and drinking, I suggest too "la Butte aux Cailles", in the 13th arrondissement, near Place d'Italie.
It's cheaper than the Champs-Elysées for example, but far more easy to meet people.
