Hi

I would like to make a short presentation of my candidature in election for NT Mexico coach.

Motivation:
To check my skills and knowledge leading a team with almost best possible players against other strongest teams and show to Mexico comunity that I'm able to lead their team in the next World Cup as it deserves!

My strengths:
- experience with players on highest level in own team (avarage individual marks with all A-team players is ~78)
- knowledge about NT staff work characteristics - I've been in polish NT staff for many seasons alongside loczenty and shadow
- good tactic skills. You can watch some of my tactics in my Youtube channel. Some of my tactics were used in polish NT matches, including last World Cup's final!
- many good sk fellows filling to help if needed, like: loczenty, Kapitan Żenada, brokus or William Blake (previously borkos007)

My weakness:
- only english and polish language so I'll need help of my NT staff in comunnication with the community


NT coach's work standards:
- sending info for player owner before every match that his player will be used
- saving the players if owner will ask for that because of hard games, critical team situation etc. Exceptions for that rule will be only official games in the next WC qualifications or matches that might be crucial for NT rank before next WC
- joining to NT association everyone who is willing to help in NT work
- give oportunities to lead NT in part of the matches to other Mexico users

Me gustaría hacer una pequeña presentación de mi candidatura en la elección de entrenador de México.
Motivación:
Checar mis habilidades y conocimiento llevando a un equipo con los mejores jugadores posibles contra otros equipos más fuertes y mostrar a la comunidad de México que soy capaz de conducir a su equipo en la próxima Copa del Mundo ¡como se merece!

Mis fortalezas:

Mi debilidad:
- únicamente idiomas inglés y polaco así que necesitaré ayuda de mi staff de SN en la comunicación con la comunidad.


Estándares del trabajo de coach de SN:
- envío de información al dueño del jugador antes de cada partido de que su jugador será utilizado
- guardar al jugador si el dueño lo pide a causa de partidos difíciles, situación del equipo crítica, etc. Las excepciones de esta regla se harán solamente en juegos oficiales en las próximas calificaciones de la Copa del Mundo o partidos que puedan ser cruciales para el rank de la SN antes de la siguiente CM.
- aceptación en la asociación de la SN a todo el que quiera ayudar en el trabajo de la Selección Nacional
- dar oportunidad de conducir a la SN en parte de los partidos a otros usuarios de México

Grzesbe, I got a question. Even though it might seem a bit rough, I'll try to explain my point.

How does the Mexican sokker community benefit from your experience in the long term?

I mean, I'm pretty sure that you can lead our team very far in the World Cup, but personally I wouldn't like it to be a "one season" thing only. And I wouldn't like that this improvement would directly depend on a person that, when he would leave, we would come back to the level we had.

So... I believe that if you have a plan to leave a trace of that experience so it can be built over by whomever in the future, that would really be the real value of having someone with your experience directing our team.

What do you think about it?

Well, I think tha my standards of NT management could be adopted and maintained by my eventual successors

Main fundamental rule is mutual respect between NT coach and owners of the NT players. The basis of such respect must be reliance that NT coach won't excesivvely use those players and in return he will get actuall updates of their skills.

lack of cooperation of NT star's team's managers is the main problem in long term managment of NT.
if those standards would be captured and continued it would bring benefits for NT for a long time after my eventualy leaving

Other aspect of good practice is the open acces to NT association for everyone who is interested in the national team current situation as NT is community's property and the community should have satisfaction from having it - not only stress about players injury or boredom about matches about which they didn't know anything before etc...

Well, I think cooperation won't be an issue here in Mx, so if you get to be NT Manager, you won't have to worry about it.

As for the rest, I agree that your standars as manager would be your main offer and that would be the thing we would be interested in the most. However, in order for Mexico to adopt those standars after your leave, they must be some way the community "inherits" or "learns" them.

How would you do this?

PS. I'm not trying to be a prick, hahaha I'm very interested and I'm just trying to be clear so we know very well the real advantages of having you as NT manager :P

cooperation won't be an issue here in Mx, so if you get to be NT Manager, you won't have to worry about it.

good to hear that! however it's still worth to create and maintaine good realtions beetwen NT staff and users. I'm sure it'll bring profits in the future.

I am convinced that community will appreciate the way i'm gonna lead the NT in this season and will expect similar attitude from candidates in next seasons.

Well, saying that and not saying much is pretty much the same XD

But ok... I suppose part of the campaign is: buy it and rate it :P

Personally, I think the community would see you more as a consultand rather than as a NT manager. So if you can develop a system to actually show the community what changes are you making, how and why... it would give you the edge that right now you lack as candidate.

hehe, i misunderstood Your previous post a little

How i see my ''workshop'':
- invitation to NT association every interested user
- assign flexible roles to all willing to help users (scouting, mailing, translating, creating new topics in forum etc). offcourse I would be the one who inspires all tasks on NT forum or take them on myself if noone would be able to help
- multistage consultations about next game (tactic, squad, rival's situation etc.)
- mailing with users who don't want to let their players to the NT games to prevent conflicts
- giving the chance to check out to other Mexico users as NT managers in friendly games

Propably I won't be so active in the Sokker Mexico forum and main part of PR will be in hands of NT staff.

Bueno muchachos, estuve cambiando algunas ideas con Grzesbe porque me parece que lo que podría tener de interesante su candidatura, es le hecho de poder "enseñar" nuevas cosas de círculos más altos. Así que en palabras más o menos, le dije que no quisieramos que lo que se gane con su llegada, se pierda con su partida... que la comunidad po podría ver más como un consultor que como un entrenador y que si logra ofrecer algun sistema en el que toda la comunidad aprenda y se beneficie de su experiencia, probablemente la comunidad se interese en votar por él.

Luego de preguntarle a qué se compromete para que exista un registro con el cual pueda trabajar cualquier director técnico que venga después, Grzesbe se compromete a lo siguiente.. (aclaro que todo esto lo hago porque considero que es del interés general y no tengo fines proselitistas de ningún tipo)

Como veo my "taller": (con referencia a enseñar sus razones para elegir cierta táctica, formación o jugador para cada partido)

-Invitaciones a la asociación de la seleccion nacional para cada usuario interesado.
-Asignacion de roles flexibles para todos los usuarios voluntarios (scouting, envio de correos, traduccion, crear nuevos tópicos en los foros, etc) Por supuesto que yo sería quien inspire todas las tareas en el foro de la Selección Nacional y tomaría la responsabilidad si nadie pudiera ayudar.
- Consultoría de distintas etapas para cada juego (táctica, alineación, situación del rival, etc)
-Envío de correos a los usuarios que no quieren dejar jugar sus jugadores en los partidos de la Selección Nacional para prevenir conflictos
-Dar la oportunidad de "probar" otros usuarios mexicanos como DT de la selección en partidos amistosos.

Probablemente no seré tna activo en el foro de Sokker México y la mayor parte de las relaciones públicas estará en manos del staff de la selección nacional.

But, why now?, why not next season?, qualifications seasons, Lestad take it last season and now we are in world cup?, why dnt come here next season and take our NT of "zero"?,
