Subject: [U21] checco

Un saludo a todos ustedes.
Me llamo Francesco, llevo casi siete años jugando en Sokker.
En esta temporada me presento para ser seleccionador de la sub21 porquè me gustarìa conducir una selecciòn y estoy seguro de tener capacidades, ganas y tiempo para hacerlo. He pensado en vuestro pais porquè teneis una selecciòn que puede hacer muy bien y se que todos ustedes son personas serias y competentes.
Al mismo tiempo se que no serà facil ser elegido pero me gustan los desafìos sobretodo porquè tendrè a mi lado un grupo con muchas ganas y mucho entusiasmo.
Pienso tambièn en algunos concursos para ustedes con premios…., bueno, esto lo decimos si serè elegido!
Recuerdo que he estado en el staff CAMPEON DEL MUNDO SUB21 EN ESTA TEMPORADA CON ITALIA donde hice –entre otras cosas- el scout delanteros y centrocampistas pero sobretodo ha sido una experiencia que me ha enriquecido mucho a nivel de tactica y de juego.

Serè feliz de contestar a cualquier tipo de pregunta y mas bièn, para mi serìa importante confrontarme con ustedes en este hilo.

The new engine isn't so good because we don't have a lot of time to try it before the U21 Qualifications Groups...
But I like it very much, if you vote me, we'll have fun :)

No tendremos mucho tiempo para probar el nuevo motor de juego antes de las eliminatorias del mundial.

I have a question for you?? What did you choose to be a candidate of Mexico and not for other country? What do you see in this NT??

I like this question.

I choose Mexico because I like this country, and I think you have a good Sokker-Team.
You only need to have a good coach (and I think that filla made a great job, he only had a season and I think we need a cicle of 2 or more seasons to improve Mexico's ranking) who interact with community and can do well with tactics.

I'm ready, I will do a good job because I could have a great staff (experienced users with time to spend on this NT) and I WANT to do well because I need to respect who votes me.

well, now what is the project that in the case that you win the election?? What is your strategy? Why to choose you and not another ones??

Well, I'd like to interact VERY MUCH with your community and start some competitions. I'd like to have the best number of users of your country near the NT, who could help me training players and speaking on the forum about our matches.
About the competitions that I could launch, they are the copy of what we do in Italy (and Spain, and some other big country) and we already them 8 times, every season! So, you can be sure they are good... I can't speak so much about them because if I won't be the coach, the other could copy my ideas...

Why to choose you and not another ones??
I was waiting this question. You could prefer me because I am here on the forum, speaking with you, NOONE of the others made his thread.... do you think they will interact with you as me?
The others 2 users play from 09 and 2010.... I play from 2005 so I'm sure I have more experience than them.
The only one user candidated of your country plays in your third division while I play in our 5°: it's only because your level isn't so hard, I have a better team (check my stats and his ones and you will see it!). Last information: he logs every 2days...I'm a MOD, I need to log every day and stay on Sokker a lot of hours...


I'm not here because I want to joke and play your NT as mine, keeping all for me... if you vote me, I will be the conductor of a band, composed by every user of Mexico.

Yo espero que escribas en idioma español, estas en en foro que es de habla hispana, tu te debes adaptar a la comunidad no la comunidad a ti, mientras escribas en ingles tendras menor participacion que lo que normalmente hay...
